Like it’s name, this quirky apartment was historically an old workshop which was once occupied by mechanics. It has since been converted into a stylish and modern apartment perfect for all. There is 1 bedroom and 1 pull out bed in the lounge meaning it can sleep up to 4. Based centrally in the historical market town of Leek, the apartment is located close to popular attractions like Alton Towers, Peak Wildlife Park and the glorious Peak District. With plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy their stay on the peak of Staffordshire Moorlands surrounded by breath-taking views of the rolling hills that make the Peak District National Park, with fantastic walking and cycling routes in abundance. Once you step out of the lodge, the panoramic views of the surrounding areas offer some of the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets.

Reconnect with nature at Hilltop Hideaway. Our idyllic, luxury shepherd's hut hidden away on the peak of the Staffordshire Moorlands - remote yet surrounded by stunning walking & cycling routes. You'll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of The Roaches, Wildboarclough, Peak District and beyond! The hut was built brand new (completed Jan '22), with underfloor heating, mini-kitchen, shower & cassette toilet all self-contained! Find everything you need for a cosy retreat or romantic getaway.

A hideaway space to truly savour the grounds of a converted chapel on the edge of the Peak District offering a peaceful and relaxing escape. Located in the picturesque area of Swythamley/Wincle surrounded by an abundance of wonderful places to visit, see and experience. The accommodation is an ensuite one roomed studio, sleeping up to 2, with a double sleigh bed and sofa, table and 2 chairs. There is a fridge and microwave available. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk. A fully enclosed garden.

There are a number of National Trust properties within easy reach , as well as Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the antique shops of Leek and the pottery towns of Stoke on Trent.

The local area offers nice walks, National Trust properties and gardens, offering a perfect relaxing weekend or mid-week break.
