It is a house that dates back to 1853, it is the oldest in the village. The house is warm and the view of the sea and the Cap de Grande-Vallée is beautiful. The house is located in the heart of the village, so close to all services. You can go through the beach in front of the house to get to the pharmacy, grocery store or SAQ. The restaurant of the Grande-Vallée hotel, one of the best restaurants in Gaspésie, is a two-minute walk away.
