Cozy log cabin semi-detached house near the center of Ruka. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave) and comprehensive dishes. Downstairs in the cottage, the living room-kitchen is an open space and there is one bedroom with a double bed. Attic upstairs with separate sleeping areas at the ends. One with a sofa bed and the other with two separate beds. Wi-Fi connection, air heat pump, 11kw charger with type2 connector (electricity is charged separately). A short distance to the ski trail from the yard of the cottage!

The ski trail is next door, from where you can access all the ski trails in the Ruka area. There are ski trails for active and fitness skiers. View of Talvijärvi from the balcony. The common ski maintenance area is in the F-house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Linen and cleaning are included in the price.

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.
