From initial communication after booking, right up until we checked in at the Welcome Center, this was a great stay thanks to Grand Cayman Villas and Condos. They communicated well, had an extensive only welcome packet, and made check in simple. It was right across the quiet street from the beach club, where we spent a lot of our time. The lagoon and the kayaks and paddleboards were perfect for quiet mornings and such a treat to have so easily accessible. The pool was centrally located to the community, clean and well-kept. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. It was decorated nicely and was full of conveniences that made our four day stay easy. We will be back! Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay in Grand Cayman! Private beach is the best. We had lunches and dinners. We went kayaking and my daughter enjoyed every minute. I will definitely come back and can’t wait for pool next time around!

Patricia and her home were both absolutely wonderful! Other reviews mentioned how well stocked this AirBnB is, but really - I have not been in another that had as much available as this one. Life Jackets, Kayaks, Snorkel Gear, Cooler, a Waffle Maker, Blender, plenty of spatulas, pots and pans, puzzles, board games, a grill, beach towels... the list is long! Patricia too was fantastic for recommendations on anything on the island - even going so far as to set up our Bio Bay tour on the perfect night! Highly, highly recommend for a peaceful stay on the quiet side of the island!

FREE night. Private oceanfront home screened porch

Brooke’s home is incredible. Could not have loved it more and we hope to come back. The view is amazing. We loved the screened in porch and all of the different spots around the property to sit and rest. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and basic spices. We loved having access to kayaks and snorkel gear. As others have said, the ceiling is open between the rooms in the main part of the house and the main bedroom suite is separate (across the porch breezeway)… we didn’t bring our teens this time, but if we did, this would have been an awesome set up for them to stay in the main house, stay up later, and not keep us awake! If we had small kiddos, we would have stayed in the main part. Def recommend driving around the queens highway on the east side to see the whole island! Thank you, Brooke, we were so comfortable and content!

Great location! So much to do right there either a short walk or drive away. With a car you have easy access to the Crystal Caves, the Botanical Garden and everything on the east side. (Don’t miss the parrot sanctuary!) The house itself is perfect! You can tell that the owners use the house themselves as the kitchen is well equipped. The lanai makes dining a pleasure. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

The property and amenities were outstanding. The kitchen was well-appointed in terms of cookware, utensils and dishes. The place was clean and comfortable. Loved having the kayaks and paddle boards at our disposal. We used them a lot. Proximity to Rum Point beach was amazing. And it was walkable to Kaibo restaurant and to Starfish Point, which was great because we didn’t rent a car. And the pool was lovely. Loved our time there.

To make a long review short, well worth the money. It's a huge house, it could comfortable sleep 6-8 people and not be crowded. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Every time we needed something, even things you wouldn't expect like a coffee bean grinder. toaster oven, or snorkel, it was there. The sandy beach was maybe 20 yards to the East. It's worth the price. Would go back again and again.
