Totally recommended. The owner was very helpful and the atmosphere was great. We stayed almost a week and felt at home.

The accommodation is definitely a 10 out of 10! From the host to the environment and its amenities! Unbeatable value! I went with a temporary contract and even so, there are always a thousand things to do, either because it is very well located or because there is something to do in the building. Nothing to say, I would come back whenever I could! A luxury that pays for itself in no time!

It was an amazing place to stay at. Right by the lake, where you can see the volcano when you go down. Theres heating in the place which is great for winter. Marian was very responsive when we had any questions and during check in. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again!

I was on a business trip in Puerto Montt, and stayed in Manuel's apartment for two weeks. The place is modern and practical with an indoor garage and elevator right from the garage. Don't miss the local restaurant Cotele if you stay here, where the food is grilled in the middle of the guests!
