The place has a very good location, it's very warm, it's like being at home. It has all amenities. This is 2 time I stayed there and would come back without hesitation

Excellent location, very easy to get to and Ricardo is an excellent host. Everything was impeccable at check-in and even the photos didn't do justice to how beautiful and cozy the place is. It is close to jumbo and the locomotive passes right next to it. It is also close to the new subway that connects to Puerto Varas.

Excellent Depto. Very Central, steps from supermarkets, the mall, the bus terminal, Plaza de armas. I loved it, I would definitely go back to Carlos's apartment.

A really nice apartment, very tidy and clean. The view is beautiful, if it is not raining or very cloudy you can see the volcanoes from the living room and kitchen

Recommended apartment with excellent view and location, a lot of quiet area and very good restaurant/supermarkets nearby. Clean tidy with everything you need, nothing was missing, everything was very clean, well decorated and quality utensils, very good host would come back for sure!

A very comfortable place to stay and everything was impeccable and clean, it had everything you needed, lake view, close to the center. I recommend it 100%, I would stay again.

First of all, I'd like to highlight the apartment's excellent location, which turned out to be very central and allowed access on foot to all the places of interest. The availability and attention of the host were remarkable, responding quickly and efficiently to my inquiries, the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment were impeccable. I would definitely stay here again with pleasure.

The apartment is beautiful, very nice, with an exquisite smell like wood and flowers. Aicha is very friendly and familiar, her husband makes some exquisite liqueurs, the room has a small terrace that you can go out and take the air. Crossing the street there is a belle space to walk and breathe fresh air, relax and think " Monte Calvario" The bed, pillows, and sheets were a delight. 100% recommended. I would 😃 definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very good , the house fully complies, very nice surroundings, good games room, good beds , well equipped in general . Jorge is always available for any problems or concerns . Don José and Teresita are very friendly and the pan amasado that they make is very good Highly recommended to go and enjoy with the family and go to rest

We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well thermally insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, had an excellent disposition. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he managed to get someone to help us, a 7! We were able to walk down to the lake, and the view was simply wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it in full. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

Sandra, an excellent host, was always attentive to our questions and requirements. As for the house, it was very large and with hartas green areas. It was very well equipped and with lots of beds. The place was very quiet and welcoming. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

i host my elderly aunt, the apartment located right outside the elevator, I would only recommend a grip bar in the shower for the elderly but it is not limiting

the accommodation offered by Sebastian is very bright, very cozy and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. moreover, Sebastian is really an exceptional host with whom the word 'welcome' really makes sense. he gave us lots of recommendations nearby and the breakfast he offers is just extraordinary!!!! he is gargantuan and the bread is real homemade bread. a delight! really a place to stop if you pass through the area
