Totally recommended. The owner was very helpful and the atmosphere was great. We stayed almost a week and felt at home.

First I'll say If on my vacation they find me in the accommodation, leave me right there where I want to be... The place is spectacular. I don't think the photos show how spectacular the place is. In what part do you fall asleep with the view of all the volcanoes and also the awakening... Zero noise, it's too relaxing. Maria Elena was very concerned. I was there when there was a power outage throughout Chile, and she informed me about it right away. She was always concerned about everything, about how we were doing, and also tips on how to get around, where to go, what to do, etc. Simply Thanks a lot

We came for my birthday, the apartment had a birthday sign and balloons, he helped us at all times with our questions, he welcomed us with complimentary snacks and coffee, towels, all the amenities for my daughters and for us. Pool in the building, laundry that makes it very comfortable, location 10/10. Everything is very nice and Pablo is a great host. We would definitely come back!!!

Nicolas' apartment is excellent, one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. It is spacious, it is very well equipped, the hot water and heating work perfectly even in the middle of a very strong storm that occurred during our stay. Excellent option, it complies with everything the listing says. The area is nice and very quiet, with several nearby businesses to eat or buy supplies. It is away from the mall, (good option to rest without annoying noises), but by vehicle you get to the mall or the oulet in 5 minutes. The cleanliness of the place is remarkable. The house is very equipped. ( kettle, toaster, electric oven, washing machine, iron, hair dryer) in addition to the kitchen and bathroom amenities. Good heating by A/A. Vehicle can be stored, in the patio with enough space for a truck. A minimum detail is the height to enter the shower, in our case it was not a problem because we used the barrels installed in it and the help of a plastic banquito that we imagined for that purpose. We would definitely come back.

The house is very comfortable, with spacious spaces, lots of bathrooms and beds with a central kitchen dining area that is the protagonist of the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are ultra clean. It has a pellet stove that in my opinion is a little insufficient to heat all the spaces, although it has electric stoves that can be used in the pieces, maybe in the coldest months it could be little. Anyway it is very comfortable, I recommend it 100% for large groups or families.

Wonderful place, with a privileged view of the Volcano. We travel with a group of friends, 12 people in total, and we felt very comfortable, like at home. The place is just as described, even better. Everything is very tidy and clean. Communication with Vivi and her husband was always smooth, with clear and helpful instructions. They allowed us to check in and check out flexible, which is always appreciated. The spectacular tinaja, very spacious. With direct descent to the lake inside the same condominium, a wonder. We would undoubtedly repeat!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We really liked the cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is great, we were able to see the main points of the city on foot. We were very pleased with our stay, we felt at home.

The apartment was great and in a perfect location in puerto varas. Paulina was very helpful with the check in process and was responsive to any communication we had. She helped put us in contact with a tour guide who was fantastic. Highly recommended place to stay if you are going to Puerto Varas.

I was on a business trip in Puerto Montt, and stayed in Manuel's apartment for two weeks. The place is modern and practical with an indoor garage and elevator right from the garage. Don't miss the local restaurant Cotele if you stay here, where the food is grilled in the middle of the guests! Manuel was good at following up and was always quick to respond if there was something I was wondering about. I can definitely recommend Manuel's apartment to others who are traveling in this area.
