New tiny house, never lived in, but made to be comfortable. All amenities included: Air-condition, heat, WiFi, TV with cable, shower, tub, dry toilet, small full loft bed and full size couch futon, fire pit, river for swimming or fishing right out the door, small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster.ear three ski resorts (Killington, Okemo, Pico), Appalachian Long Trail two miles away, swinging bridge on trail beginning, White Rock hiking, lakes near for paddle boarding. Hot tub shared.

Mountain View Apartment

Quiet, second floor, farmhouse apartment in country setting. Two connected bedrooms sleep four, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Watch the sunrise from the private deck or walk the fields to watch the sun set over the Adirondaks. Plenty of room to roam over the farm fields. Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.

The Hillside Cottage is a luxury cabin with views of the Mettawee River. Located on 26 acres on a back road, it is peaceful & private. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking or relax on the deck. This riverside retreat includes a king bed, jacuzzi tub & a kitchenette. Sitting around the fire pit with dinner cooked on the grill is the perfect ending to a long hike. The Berghüttli ("little mountain hut") is a Swiss-inspired hut and farm stay surrounded by National Forest in Goshen, VT (pop. 168). Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.
