Perfect place to explore Uppingham and the surroundings such as the lakes, etc. Lovely selection of pubs and cafes on the doorstep and a great place to go for peace and quiet. Highly reccomended.

I stayed with my wife, daughter and son, we had a wonderful time, we walked everywhere locally. Collyweston is a great location, it is near to Rutland Water, Stamford, Burleigh Hall and a number of beautiful villages and attractions. The cottage is peaceful and quiet directly opposite the lovely local church. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a lovelier cottage. We will definitely return as we have much more to see.

What a superb cottage, set back from the road in a very quiet and peaceful location looking out over fields. The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. Very comfy bed and lovely powerful shower plus bonus of a private outdoor seating area. Michelle is a great host and I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful charaterful cottage. Very comfortable and cosy - very hot weather but lovely and cool indoors. Pretty walled garden with spacious outdoor eating area. Ian was very communicative beforehand sending info about places to visit/eat etc and we were able to text when we were arriving and he met us at the property. Very well equipped kitchen as we had brought food to self cater rather than eating out. Comfy beds and nice to have toiletries and tea/coffee/milk and breakfast options for the first morning. Gorgeous little cottage in a lovely peaceful location, surrounded by nature. Beautifully decorated. It was warm and very comfortable. It had everything you needed. We walked to the nearby pub for dinner one night and that was really lovely too.

Had a great few days at this beautifully decorated property. Very well laid out, clean and comfortable. Could not fault it at all. A few basic provisions were provided which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Karen was very quick to respond to our messages too. Just a 5 minute walk across the meadows takes you into the town for a good choice of eateries and bars. Made good use of the parking at the rear of the house too. The property sits on a road which is very close to the train station and track so you do hear the occasional engine go by but it certainly wouldn’t put us off booking this place again. Highly recommended!

Such a gorgeous cottage in a beautiful location. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay, including two travel cots for our twins! The hosts were incredibly responsive, dropping things off for us when requested and providing lots of local information.

More than just an Airbnb — this was an unforgettable experience. The space was exceedingly comfortable, tastefully exuberant, and absolutely full of character. We especially appreciated the quirky quality of the furnishings, which made the place feel unique and thoughtfully curated. The accommodation was outstanding: super clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt intentional, and it all came together beautifully. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Lovely stay, second time here!

We were attending a wedding at Rutland water and reception at the Barnsdale. This place is only 7 mins away and was perfect for our daily stay of 3 Adults. Julie made us feel welcome and had also provided so sampler products in the kitchen for us. Which was lovely. The check in is 3pm but after explaining we had to be at the wedding by 12:30 Julie arranged that we could check in at 11 am so we could freshen up and get changed after the drive up. I stayed in this apartment with my wife and two daughters. I could not recommend this place enough. It is literally a two minute walk to loads of nice bars and restaurants too many to choose from for the two nights stay our hosts were super accommodating and they even had the cushions on the outdoor furniture ready for us when we arrived as it was a lovely sunny day .. that is also a wine merchant just below the Appartment which is full of amazing wines .. would highly recommend this place and we hope to be back

The location was great and only a 5 minute walk to the pretty town centre. The ground floor apartment was charming and nicely furnished with really comfortable beds. The addition of the enclosed courtyard/garden was great for our dog. The off street parking was a bonus and there was a Waitrose nearby for any essentials. We walked our pooch on the open ground next to the River Welland, via Waterfurlong, and headed towards the town. He loved exploring down there.

This was our first Air B&B experience. If Hugh and his Emma are anything to go by as hosts we will always choose this option over any hotel. They helped us out of the way to make us feel at home. We were in-between selling a house thus required a month long place to reside. With the amount of baggage and luggage we could not have stayed anywhere else. The family let us use their shed space and took the burden off us. The entire property is just "wow". Endless green fields with local habitat, horses in barns, pet chickens and beautifully landscaped gardens around the whole palace like estate. A month is a lot of time but the family was very proactive to any queries or requirements. The dwelling itself has a lot of character, Endless paintings and views to die for. Not to mention the collection of multitude of books. The host had provided detailed information pack about anything and everything. We wish them prosperity and happiness in all future endeavours. Hugh do take a break!

Helen is a fantastic host, this property is beautiful and private. best stay for us this year, beautiful location, modern amenities and complimentary items very generous. we will be going back and highly recommend fantastic value.

Sally's condominium in Winwick was so lovely! Looked just like the photos. Sally was super helpful and responsive during our stay. The condo was super clean and super cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will hope to stay there again when we stop by Crick again!

Loved everything about our stay. Beautiful, comfortable and lovely views both from downstairs and the bedroom. The little touches during our stay really stood out - loved the croissants, milk and OJ! Really liked the level of light (natural and artificial) and mirrors in the stay. Linen smelt really fresh and clean. The booklet with information was so helpful. Communication was great from Martin throughout, we mentioned it would have been helpful for us to arrive earlier than standard check in time and he prepared the place to be ready for us sooner - we met him as we were leaving and he was super friendly. Thank you for such a lovely stay and we hope to stay here again.

I was amazed, as others have been before me, at the generous number of provisions provided to make anyone’s stay easy and comfortable. I kept finding more each day. It is quite unusual but implores such gratitude from a visitor and makes it feel like the host is a caring person. I was also amazed at the accommodation itself because it is well planned and offers so much in a small space. It was quiet there and the bonus was being able to park on the premises. I would recommend this place.

We stayed here as a group of 4 for 2 nights as we had a friends wedding at Rushton Hall which was only a 15 minute Uber away. It was absolutely perfect, the place was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed! We would highly recommend it!!

I have stayed at Tim’s place before and every time I stay it’s just perfect. The bed is really comfortable and the shower is nice to use. I will be back when I’m in the area again

We had a wonderful stay at the Hayloft! The space is beautifully done — modern, cosy, and spotless, with everything you could need. We loved the peaceful countryside views, the woodland walks, and meeting the animals. It was a perfect escape. The hosts were thoughtful, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!
