The location was great and only a 5 minute walk to the pretty town centre. The ground floor apartment was charming and nicely furnished with really comfortable beds. The addition of the enclosed courtyard/garden was great for our dog. The off street parking was a bonus and there was a Waitrose nearby for any essentials. We walked our pooch on the open ground next to the River Welland, via Waterfurlong, and headed towards the town. He loved exploring down there.

We spent two very comfortable nights at Fennel Folly. It’s in a great location and was very dog friendly. If it had been warmer (although we had gorgeous sunny weather!) would have loved to make more use of the lovely balcony. We will definitely recommend to friends and family who will be visiting such a beautiful area.

Great host great stay

We had the best Christmas staying here! The view from the property looking out to the fields was picture perfect almost felt like a frame 🖼️ Every space in the apartment was designed carefully with so much thought. A cosy sofa space to relax, a formal dining set up, seated stools for a more casual vibe. Our 1year old Dog Ace loved this space, it was so nice for her to freely explore and manage the steps on the way up and down on her own. The host was warm and inviting and also left us to enjoy the place. Thank you

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Rumi Estate. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect— it was close to attractions, restaurants, in a peaceful neighborhood. Rumi was an amazing host, helpful with recommendations for local spots. The check-in process was seamless, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Leicester.

Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

We had a lovely stay at Amanda’s property which is in a superb location within Rutland. The property is well kept, clean and very well appointed including a large fridge and freezer, plenty of chairs, crockery, utensils etc. We found everything we could possibly have needed for a long weekend stay. We were blessed with lovely weather so were able to sit in the garden where there is a table and really comfortable chairs to enjoy the peaceful neighbourhood. Amanda responds promptly to requests and was very accommodating. We would certainly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

The accommodation was ideally situated being only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Having said that, it was lovely and quiet in the accommodation. The whole house was spotlessly clean and immaculately tidy when we arrived with fresh bed linen and multiple towels provided. There are all the facilities you could want - dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker and hob, pans, crockery, cutlery etc. I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough - absolutely perfect for our stay.

Jennifer’s Farm was the perfect getaway for our large family. I’d like to specially thank her for the attention to detail with our little boy of 18 months, so many toys and things for him to do. A cot and high chair provided. Made such a difference. Thank you!

A bit tricky to find, hidden behind another building, but big and clean and good enough for our family gathering. There are 3 very comfortable bedrooms, but the 4th couple struggled on a very uncomfortable sofa bed in a lounge then moved to an Ikea pull out bed which was much more comfortable but filled the room, wall to wall. There are 2 kitchens and 2 cookers but only 1 tiny fridge but we managed. Only 1 shower cubicle too, the other was a hand held shower over a bath by a window. But the accommodation was clean, very large, quiet and in a great location with a BBQ and outside seating. The lounge was upstairs and very comfortable for 8 of us and the kitchen table was enormous! We had a great stay, Thank you!

Can really recommend Missy's House, the property itself is immaculate and has been thoughtfully fitted out. Fully accessible, everything has been considered. Lovely for Rupert to meet us there when we arrived and show us around the property. The local recommendations were really helpful too, can thoroughly recommend the Exeter Arms for Sunday lunch :-)

Jonathan was a kind and friendly host, and provided excellent instructions, information and support. The house is more homely than home. Its spotless, spacious, light and airy and has so many facilities - a little drying room, all the laundry stuff, dishwasher, fab coffee machine, and all so well laid out. The heating is easy to use and works quickly, and there are plenty of windows so you can get the temperature just right. The furniture is comfy and solid and there were cushions and blankets everywhere. We went for a sporting event and it was perfect for my exhausted teen to be able so curl up on a comfy sofa with a blanket and watch the sheep in the field. There is a really nice outdoor area with chairs so you can watch the birds and sunset in absolute quiet. Really comfy big beds, bath, excellent shower, and just all round wonderful. Huge thanks to Jonathan. We will be visiting again as soon as we can.

Our stay in Gary’s apartment was lovely and I didn’t want to leave. The apartment is very modern and clean. It has everything you need and more (than other Airbnbs I looked at). Having a washer/dryer was so useful and the kitchen has everything you need. Local shops are right on the doorstep which was very convenient and the apartment is close to the town centre. Communication with Gary was excellent. He met me the day I checked in and went through everything I needed to know. Gary was flexible and helpful with our check-out time which we very much appreciated. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable and I highly recommend Gary as a host. Thank you!

We stayed here as a group of 4 for 2 nights as we had a friends wedding at Rushton Hall which was only a 15 minute Uber away. It was absolutely perfect, the place was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed! We would highly recommend it!!

Cosy and charming stay in Stamford- Easy walking distance to town / shops / restaurants / Burghley Park. Tim was quick to respond if we needed anything . The home was well stocked with essentials and the welcome basket was a lovely addition. Thank you for a great stay.

Michelle was very friendly and welcoming and provided lots of extra little touches like asking what bread, milk and butter I would like - and lots of other provisions/treats were waiting for me when I arrived. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos and is very cozy and comfortable. It’s well-equipped and has everything you need for an excellent stay! It’s a very convenient location, right in the town centre, but it was quiet at night and I slept very well in the enormous and very comfortable bed! I will definitely return when I next visit friends and family in the area. Highly recommended.
