Beach House with Hot Tub & Sauna

A beach house with a sea view is designed for a romantic getaway with plenty of space (50m2). From the large windows of the beach house, you can admire the sea view directly from the bed. To the sandy beach, hot tub, and pipe sauna is only 40m, which also offers a wonderful view of the sea and the starry sky. In the dark, the garden offers eye-catching tree lighting. A beach house is an independent house that is located on the same property as a family summer house, but no one lives there while renting out. Both houses are limited to private space.

Its location gives you the opportunity to stroll and wonder around the Old Town, go sightseeing, take a culinary voyage - drink wine in Toompea and enjoy dessert in Neitsitorn, explore museums, theatre, music, architecture, culture, nightlife and much more to spend quality time in this historic city.

Cozy, quiet one bedroom apartment

My place is close to public transport, grocery store, river, pine forest, skiing and running trails in the forest, sea, marina. You’ll love my place because of the fresh air and quiet safe surroundings as it is located in a high valued area while being 13 minutes bus/car ride from the centre. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. You can also enjoy a private entrance with a small terrace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

A unique three story single family house is located in an easily accessible part of the Old Town.The house`s thick limestone walls are partly the tower of the medieval city wall. You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden.
