Sited in a small new complex in a small rural village, the coach house consists of a lounge, kitchen and toilet downstairs and upstairs, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms with double beds, Smart TV/ DVD players and desks. There is a garden and patio and good parking. This house is suitable for work colleagues, families or couples wanting to share a house. The owner lives nearby and is on 24 hour call. The house is close to the river Avon, a good play area and recommended pubs within walking distance.

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside. It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon.
