Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. This private decorated space includes a smart TV, comfortable seating, dining for 4, microwave, coffee maker, full refrigerator, toaster/air fryer, queen bed, wardrobe & dresser. The property is also within 30 minutes of Fair Hill Natural Resources Area with 5,500+acres and 80+ miles of trails for hiking, biking, and beautiful scenery. Pets are allowed. A pet (dog/cat) fee of $5/night/pet will be requested the day of your arrival.

You have a grocery store, dollar store, Target, Walgreens, Planet Fitness, and restaurants in five minutes. Historic Havre de Grace, Ripken Stadium, Vineyards, Boating, and Golfing, only ten minutes. Baltimore and Stadiums are only 35 minutes down I95. The house is spotless and fully loaded with all the comforts of home—pet and chemical-free space.

Sweet Bay Overlook

Take it easy at this unique home overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. You will enjoy watching the amazing sunsets on the bluff as the eagles, ospreys and boats drift by. Our little house was built in the 1960’s by a brick mason who was very good at his trade. In recent years, the home had fallen into disrepair, but a talented Amish craftsman purchased the house and renovated it from top to bottom. The Sweet Bay that you see today reflects his incredible attention to detail and quality.

Although the kitchenette doesn’t have a sink/water there is a Deer Park water cooler with hot & cold water, and supplies under bathroom sink to use for dish washing.
