Located in the center of Ayia Napa resort, just 200 metres from famous bar street, but in the quiet cul-de-sac with triple glazed windows. Walking distance to the nearest beach - aprox. 1,2 km (up to 15 minutes walk). The apartment has 35 square metres deck with shaded dining area, lounge and sunbeds.
