Delightful cabin with spectacular sea view, 20 m from the sea, own sandy beach, pier and dock. Undisturbed, sunny, modern with funky ice cream, lots of glass and light surfaces. Oak parquet and tile. Inlaid water from boron holes. Large terrace with sea views, stone stairs and railings to the sea. Garden with lawn, berry bushes, flowers and trees. A cosy house on the countryside originally built about 1930. The interior is old fashioned and simple, but new kitchen and toilet as well as painting and some refurbishing makes the house up to simple standard. The new toilet is Incinolet electric incinerating toilet. Ground floor has entrance, living room, kitchen, bed room and bath/toilet. First floor has three sleeping rooms. Big lawn as well as outside terrace and 20 acres of wood to explore. Row boat is available. Free fishing in the lake.

Unique, small house from 1899 that can accommodate 5 people. Modern, warm and comfortable, so we keep the comfort but old enough to keep the charm. There's only one house between Laurentze's house and the cinema. If you want a breakfast in the green, you can make yourself a coffee in the kitchen, and stroll two minutes away in Byparken and enjoy it on a green bench there.

The house is in a peaceful setting by the fjord surrounded by grazing animals. You can easily go fishing with the boat, go hiking or enjoy a quiet evening the hot tub. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå or to visit the local climbing park "Klatreparken Høyt og Lavt Nedstrand". It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
