I was staying at this group of people, Thailand. lovely and generous host I ate most of my room to the outside. I think it's worth the price of it may be small, but I do not have a problem and clean it.

Apartment is easy to find and have lift. For those who are carring large luggage are convenient. Living condition is good, clean. Transportation from airport or go out is convenient, nearby.

Location is good both for Keisei skyliner ,jr and metro. Room is comfy.Host is nice

I didn't meet Vera as she was away but she was very responsive throughout. When I arrived the flat as unclean and the sheets were not changed. On the positive side, we managed to discuss this between us with Vera. The flat seems new and cute, small but adequate and in a peaceful neighbourhood. The downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the train station (15mins) but there is a bus available.

Cottage very clean and very nice - about 15 minutes walk from the subway station, convenience store along the way there are many very convenient. Tram ride from the attractions also particularly close. it was a fantastic tour in Tokyo, and I really love there Vera is a very nice person, hope to see her again:! D

My stay at Vera´s place was very nice. Her apartment is located in a quiet street so perfect if you want to stay in a calm place. Still her place is closed to shops (small supermakerts, restaurants) and at 15 min from a JR station.

I missed the last shinkansen but good thing Vera-san accommodated me even tho it was last minute and really late night! Her place is clean and comfortable! I recommend it to all ladies

We were so lucky to have found this place for our group as our host was such a wonderful person. This place is beautiful, I couldn't believe we were able to get this place in the middle of Tokyo as it was so incredibly spacious, clean, modern, and upscale. There were so many amenities provided and the living space was so comfortable and great for large groups. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful which was a plus since we wanted to live like residents and saw a different side of tokyo. There were many supermarkets , restaurants, and convenience stores that were available. The public transportation stations were close by and easy to use. We did get lost the first time around but the host was so patient with us even though we called him in the middle of the night, he immediately got back to us and took care of us. He made sure we got settled in and was so generous. I highly recommend this place as it was cold when we arrived in mid March and there is nothing better to coming back from a tiring day to a warm cozy spacious quiet place. The bathroom was separated with the sink , toilet, and tub in different rooms so with a big party we didn't have too much difficulty. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family and we enjoyed our trip because of this great place.

The landlord of the house I lived in the biggest house in Japan! ! There are two separate rooms, in the lobby there are two queen beds! ! Overall rectangular plan of the house was particularly good! A very spacious house. Parking is just infront of the house, very convenient. Enough space to park a large van. Location is great. Close to arractions like skytree.

Excellent place to stay for couples. Probably a bit far from the station. Roughly about 10 15 mins walk. But everything was good !

In the appartement was plenty of space for two people, but the furniture were very old and there was no Wifi. Check-in and Check-Out was very easy.

Mr Kurokawa responds fast in answering your questions and is very helpful in locating his place. However, I think the place is still due for renovation. It is in between Mikawashima (JR Line) and Minowa (Hibiya line) station and can be quite a walk going to either stations. The heater only covers the sleeping area. Ueno is 2 stations away when you ride the Hibiya Line. The place is okay if your only purpose is to sleep and go out in the earliest time possible. There is a coin laundry beside it.

This quiet room host, who takes about 5 minutes walk from the Mikawashima Station is scheduled if this room is recommended to be very gentle and I want to stay or I can be fun travel Tokyo tourism

This place was a great experience for me and my group. It is an authentic Japanese home! Even though the apartment is older, the maintenance of the place is great. The place is clean, and the owner is very thoughtful. He provided a hair dryer, umbrellas, towels (bathing and face towels), and toilet paper for us. The futons (think of them like fluffy mattresses) are very comfortable and clean. The bed provided is good for 2 people. Blankets are provided. The place is quite big. There is a kitchen area, dining area, living room / bedroom, an open wardrobe area for hanging clothes, a cool Japanese style front entrance complete with a Japanese style sitting area, a back area consisting of the shower room, the toilet room, the washing machine corner, and a full length mirror. It is more than enough space for my group of 4 people. Location: 15 minutes slow walk to Mikawashima Station 10 minutes faster walk to Mikawashima Station While walking from the train station to the apartment, you will pass by 24-hour 7-11 convenience store, AEON supermarket (You can get water, tissue, foodstuff etc at a good price here, they close pretty late), and affordable food stores. Safety: Even though the area is quiet, which can be creepy, when I had to get something at around 12 midnight at 7-11, I went out and saw young Japanese ladies in pajamas walking out to get things from 7-11, and Japanese ladies walking home alone. I conclude that the safety of this area is high. Directions: From Narita Airport by Train- Method 1: (Slightly slower but more affordable way) (a) Take the Keisei Main Line Limited Express Train (If you are travelling on the non-express aka normal local train, you will be looking at 30+ train stops. On this limited express train, you are looking at around 16 train stops. They skip stops. For full stops information, see this PDF from Keisei: (URL HIDDEN) Red line = Limited express) Duration: 1h 20 mins approx. Fare: Around 1,000 yen (Forgot the exacts) Tips: Just get a PASMO card from the self-service ticket machine at the train station there, at Narita. You pay for this trip by PASMO card. (b) Within Nippori station, transfer to the JR line (You will have to exit the Keisei company's line and enter the JR operated lines. Japan's railway is operated by many different companies!), you can do this within the Nippori station. Then take the JR Joban Line from Nippori station (JJ02) to Mikawashima station (JJ03). (Note: You will use a PASMO card for this trip too.) (c) From Mikawashima station, walk to the apartment. The owner sent me a visual guide on how to walk from Mikawashima to the apartment. Excellent location and good apartment with places to eat and buy things

It was very clean and stylish! Also Kudasari to respond carefully towards the host, it was comfortable to spend. In addition, we would like to come stay overnight!

Cleaning the state and bedding, I guess mothangeo very good condition with a bathtub in the bathroom. It seems that was not soundproof at all.

Uncomfortable bed for two people traveling, there is a problem under the bathtub drain, a little far to walk to the station, about 10 minutes. Very convenient facility has one of the washing machine and drying room is relatively clean.

Ok place for one or 2 nights. Good location. The walls are too thin and you can hear the voices until late in the nice. Clean bed. Bathroom ok.

Everything is OK.

The room itself was OK for one night. The beds were extremely hard so I don't know for how long I could've slept there if I would've stayed longer. The room was clean and the check in and out were easy. To find the house wasn't the easy. But maybe that's cause I'm stupid so I won't judge. But the thing I really hated were the noises. We didn't slept at all cause people were screaming, laughing, running the whole night. It stopped for 2 hours at 4am to 6am ....
