There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Located on a mound, it is a balcony on the Burgundy countryside, in the Tonnerrois, where Champagne ends, close to Chablis. The house is completely independent, with its private garden.
