Its cozy, airy, with a lot of light and is all contained at one level on the 1st floor. The house is well furnished and has all the requirements for a short term or long term stay. It can be a base for your holiday or for work. We are 5 mins from Baldock Station (by cab) - frequent trains to London in 50mins. We are also next to A1(M). Henlow Champneys is 10mins away

Everything you require for a relaxing stay. All pubs, restaurants are in walking distance. It’s a 3 minute walk or so to Biggleswade Train Station which takes 34 minutes to London Kings Cross. Local town markets on Wednesday and Saturday. If your driving, then it takes 7 minutes from the A1M motorway. Please note you will find some personal items of mine in the flat as I live here too when not working away from home. I do not stay at the flat when guests are there.

The Little Barn is a newly converted , self contained barn. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs with fab food and a little post office/shop.
