The cozy and bright appartment in the first floor offers you everything you need for your holidays in Carinthia. It is situated at a northern edge of Villach in a quiet environment and is a good starting point for activities of every kind. The kitchen is fully equipped, tea and coffee also included. The big bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, the smaller bedroom offers two single beds. Of course we clean and desinfect the appartment every time before and after the arrival of our guests.

In Karinthië, op 100 meter van de bergilift naar het drielandenpunt van Oostenrijk, Italië en Slovenië, omringd door bergen, weides/pistes, meren, rivieren en bossen, ligt deze ontdekking. 's-Ochtends apfelstrudel op een alpenweide, 's middags wandelen, raften of mountainbiken in het Sloveense Kransjka Gora, en 's-avonds pizza, pasta of regionale gerechten in Italië. Thuis genieten van tuin, terras en balkon op het zuiden, rondom uitzicht op bergen, een barrelsauna, hot/cold tub en vuurplaats.

58 m ²-2 rooms flat in the with ramp access (kitchen, living room with residential scenery and bedroom, restroom with tube, WC and loggia) is completely renovated and has an own free parking bay directly infrnt of the house. In the living room area the residential scenery can become for sleeping very easy. The flat is very good for business travellers who want to live at a reasonable price and still cleanly and cultivated! The kitchen is completely equipped and is ideal for self-caterer.

Enjoy our lovely comfortable chalet for summer and winter fun in Karinthië. It is a great base to explore the area. Modern and clean house for up to 6 people right next to the chair lift (summer & winter) of the Dreiländereck family ski- and hiking area. The chalet is located centrally in a great region. A short drive to top skiing areas including Nasfeld, Kranjska Gora and the Italian slopes. Experience Italy in the lovely town of Tarvisio (10 minute). Or make a day trip to Venice!
