The little house is next to a 2 acre pond(that fluctuates), in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. Fire pit. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock with a paddle boat. The pond is out of my control. East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are nearby.

Camping turned into "Glamping" A simple cabin with real bed, electric,AC, and awesome deck over the river. The deck sits over the North Fork river in Pisgah National Forest. It is close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Cabin is in a Campground setting. There is Port a john very close and campground bathhouse 100 yards away-Has a Fire ring and Firewood $5 The bathhouse isn’t fancy but does have plenty of hot water!
