Amazing views from upstairs, lovely private patio with garden/valley views. Free off-street parking. Comfy bed. Upstairs, beamed living /bedroom with Smart TV& WiFi. Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/pitched ceilings.

Enjoy our lovely ground floor studio-style room with plenty of space & private patio. Kitchenette, shower room-large, powerful shower, comfy bed with cotton sheets, Wi-Fi & beautiful vintage decor. Easy access via private entrance & parking. We provide a breakfast kit of milk, bread, yoghurts, juice, butter, tea & coffee in the 1940’s cabinet stocked with kettle, microwave, fridge & toaster. Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Semi rural location - 10 minutes walk from town yet access to woods from our garden. We are proud to live amongst a mix of social housing near Forest Green Football club, and traditional Cotswold stone cottages. The cabin (8m x 4m) is double glazed. Well behaved dogs welcome. Optional use of hot tub which is 30m walk from the cabin (£25 per stay payable in cash on arrival). Free street parking. Most of our guests are young couples looking for a walking holiday with access to town.
