A quiet and private oasis overlooking native bush on our farm in Banks Peninsula. A unique, off the grid experience in our warm (centrally heated) and luxurious, brand new caravan. Gaze at the stars in your own little paradise whilst soaking in our private outdoor bath and/or enjoy exploring the spectacular bays around Banks Peninsula. Our 1/2 acre section is fully fenced so that your pet (if bringing) can roam freely. Even though we are off grid, we have great internet access (fast WIFI).

This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. Relax and unwind in our cozy fully furnished barn, on our tranquil 10 Acre property in Motukarara, the gateway to Banks Peninsula. The cottage was extensively refurbished in 2025 and offers a high standard of clean, beautifully presented self contained accommodation, with uninterrupted views of farm paddocks and rolling hills. Hang up a hammock, and enjoy the sun, or enjoy a scenic walk. Enjoy breakfast on the front deck, and drinks on the patio in the private garden to watch the sunset!

We aim to provide as much information and comfort as you need to have a great experience.

The Motorway access is very close that allows you a quick route into Christchurch or travel to the north or south. This home stands alone from the main dwelling on the property and has its own private access.
