Although new to airbnb, Benedetta is a natural host--she is warm, gracious, and kind. The room is absolutely lovely--it is actually nicer than in the pictures. Everything is new, fresh, and thoughtful. The bed is verrrry comfortable--something always welcomed by a tired traveler! The apartment is located in the historic district of the city, and the view out the windows transports you to another time. Out the front door are several great restaurants. In fact, the most highly rated restaurant in Arezzo, Bistrot31, is in the same block as the apartment Down a very short hill and you are in lively Piazza Sant' Agostino, with cafes, restaurants, and shops. For a very inexpensive meal, try Mr. Brusco. Yum! Parking is a little difficult, so be prepared to park a 10-minute walk away if you bring a car. Thank you Benedetta for a lovely stay!

Rosellas Place is fantastic for eveyone, who want`s relax in a quite town in Toskani. Its very clean and has got a great shower. And you have to try the fantastic traditionell restaurant near Rosellas House (Il Cantuccio).

Rossella is a careful person, helpful and discreet. You see that has pleasure in receiving people. Just arrived is coming to get to the parking lot where I left the car. I could not stay me directly, but both my mother and my aunt told me about a beautiful experience in a very nice and cozy stay. By Rossella there was always great availability even when we felt by telephone. Stay that I would definitely recommend!

Great central location, clean and spacious.

Arezzo was one of the most beautiful places I knew in Italy. Walter was very pleasant and friendly to us. We waited in the department and welcomed us as we arrived. As we were traveling recently we could arrive at night and had no inconvenience to the schedule. The department is excellent and very cute, inside the old city and very close to everything. It has a large kitchen with attached dining room and TV. The only downside was that no WIFI, but it is essential. Going back to Italy not hesitate to return to this place. Davide's place was very central close to restaurants and bars, and only minutes away from the train station. The place was very neat and clean as well as spacious.

Apartment in a very central, clean and functional to know the city. The only flaw, in my experience, very noisy area at night. In the absence of air conditioning to keep open the windows becomes problematic: the restaurant kitchen at the back and the nightlife all around is not recommended for a family.

Our weekend in Arezzo from Claudia was very enjoyable, we will definitely return! The room is very nice, especially for students, and is located in the center of Arezzo, within easy. Arezzo good! But authenticity, location of the apartment and its hozyaka - here are three reasons why you do not just like it, and you just fall in love and in the city, and a cozy room with a garden, and in the very hostess, charming and inviting. The apartment is located in the neighborhood, which is adjacent to the angle of the quarter with a central square - Do we need more arguments! It is the center of the old town. A ten-minute walk away - FREE hour parking. Claudia sat down with us in the car to show the way to the parking lot and returned back to us so that we understand how to get there, and from there on foot. On the next street a hundred meters there is a restaurant where you can eat tasty and inexpensive. If you rent a car in Florence, then Arezzo - the most convenient point of deployment for the attacks in many other towns and stunningly beautiful places in Tuscany and even Umbria and Lazio, Arezzo is close to the highway A1, on which it is possible for an hour and a half to get to the very remote places . The room itself is spacious and equipped with air conditioning, a very advanced and peaceful, which runs in the winter, as a heater. Garden with lemon trees at the entrance - a miracle! We believe that we are very lucky that we chose this room.

Claudia's room is comfortable and spacious and the garden is a gem. The location is ideal to explore the whole city. Claudia and her mother were kind and helpful, I highly recommend it.

We decided to Stay in Arezzo very spontaneuos - and We Were the First guests in Andrea's gorgeous Loft in the Heart of Arezzo. The Loft was very clean, Chic, and comfortable. Andrea was very helpful and Kind and recommended loads of top restaurants in the city. He also helped us to find the right parking area and got us there with our luggage. Thank you once again and all the best :-) i'll hopefully come again one day:-)

Andrea responded very quickly to our questions prior to our arrival. He also kindly popped round to say hi and give us some restaurant tips just after we arrived. A couple of days later he also kindly brought us a brand new teapot for our daily teas. Retrieving the key went very smoothly. The apartment is as beautiful as in the pictures and its location is perfect if you want to spend a couple of days exploring the lovely old town of Arezzo. If you're arriving by car, be sure to inform yourself about the driving restrictions in the old town and where to park. Andrea has all the details. It would also be easy to travel to Arezzo by train as the station is quite close to the apartment (about 15 minutes to walk with luggage and all the beautiful distractions on the way...). There are very many excellent restaurants in Arezzo (e.g. Ristorante La Pieve (URL HIDDEN) which is just round the corner). A veritable foodie's paradise! Thank you very much, Andrea!!! I was not personally at the home of Andrea because I gave the living room to my in-laws. They found themselves very well. The loft is exactly like the picture: highly functional, modern and pleasant. Central ... practically next door to the Cathedral. Andrea was always dispinibilissimo and reactive responses. He provided us with the information necessary to arrive, park and utilizzzare the loft. We recommend it!

Fantastic studio flat; small but perfectly formed. This is a really lovely space, with a fantastic shower and comfortable bed. You probably wouldn't do much cooking in the kitchen, but it was absolutely perfect for my short stay in Arezzo. I'd return in an instant.

Looking for accommodation in Arezzo during a trip traveling in Tuscany, I chose the loft of Andrea. The accommodation is suitable brand new, attention to detail, really nice. Andrea was amenable, friendly and advised us of the excellent restaurants in which to dine. Council Loft No 18 for anyone who wants to stay in Arezzo.

The accommodation in its size has everything you need for your stay: everything new, well kept and clean. very warm welcome; we were pampered by Mrs. Marzia (jams do at home and tarts freshly baked from her every morning) that this space furnished with taste .Tante small details (with discretion guaranteed) that make it easy a two-day stay (from milk in the fridge coffee and fruit at home). The apartment is near the center of Arezzo (12 minute walk) but also close to the San Zeno area; quiet and not noisy area. There were five (two different families), our stay lasted 2 days and we all had good .The recommend for the convenience of a short stay.

Marzia was a superb 5* host. Communication was very quick, and she was very kind to recommend some great towns in Tuscanny to visit. We were even provided us with some homemade Jam Pastries for breakfast which were very tasty! The apartment is exactly as advertised and was an extremely comfortable stay in Arezzo. Both the kitchen and living space were very well equipped, and the car parking space was also very useful. The apartment is an easy 10/15 min walk to the centre of Arezzo. If I visit Arezzo again, I will be sure to contact Marzia!

Mrs. Marzia is very friendly and helpful, the accommodation is not as I wait patiently, is a basement under the house of the lady and is moist, has small windows so you have to keep on even day light, on the contrary not having the curtains in the morning come the first day of the rays awakening the sleeping person. Paola was incredibly hospitable. From the moment she picked us up from the station to her showing us around the apartment. She was very helpful and very accommodating. Grotti's place is perfect for a long or short stay in Arezzo. Close to the city center, the apartment with a private entrance is close to all Arezzo main monuments and churches. I was greeted with kindness and availability, although it arrived at a late hour. The room is very nice and welcoming and is located in an alley with several small rooms in the center of Arezzo.

This apartment is in an incredible location, at the top of a hill overlooking the medieval city. It is literally steps to the largest and most interesting Piazza and everything worth seeing in the city is about 10 minutes away on foot. We were here for a month, and had the most wonderful time exploring Arezzo and the surrounding countryside. Cristina and Fabio were very helpful in assisting us to find the apartment (don't try to get there by car.. find a parking spot you can meet them at!) The had stocked the apartment with food, wine, water and everything you will need to dine at home is in the kitchen. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with lots of fresh towels and linens, and everything you would need for a long-term stay. They recommended great places to visit and dine (the restaurant l'Agania; the seaside town of Rimini; the hot thermal springs of Rapolano.) This is such a perfect place to have ended up in Tuscany. The city and people made us feel at home, and we were so grateful to the hosts for this amazing experience.

The apartment of Christina was a wonderfull place to be in the heart of Arezzo. Just a few steps and we were standing on the Piazza Grande. The apartment is very comfortable and Christina had prepared a complete breakfast for us. We arrived at Eastern, the day that all shops are closed in Italy, but Christina took care for all we needed, to have a delicious start of the day. And surprise: beside of the abundant fruits, drinks etc. we enjoyed the special Eastern Panettone, a real 'La Colomba'. Christina told us much about the important buildings and events in Arezzo and surroundings and besides she did some investigations for us concerning the exhibitions of the paintings of Fra Piero della Francesca. In the apartment were several books about the history and the points of interest in the region. We agree with her that two days are too short. Christina, we liked our short stay in your nice house. What a special apartment! The location is perfect- only steps away from the Piazza Grande, but the large french doors (in almost all of the garden-facing rooms) open out onto beautiful Tuscan scenery. Cristina and her husband were very accommodating and gave us great advice on delicious restaurants nearby. The apartment was quiet, welcoming, and absolutely perfect for a stay in this beautiful city.

I can recommend this accommodation in Arezzo warmly. The hosts are nice, friendly and helpful people. They gave us valuable advice on various questions such as where you park? where to eat? what you visited? The description of the property is consistent with reality. One lives in fact in the middle of a fantastic medieval town. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything a tourist needs. There were two nice days in Arezzo for us. You really need more time for this city and the surrounding area. I think we will eventually come back to Arezzo and then rent like at Cristina Dirindelli.

We loved our stay in Christina's beautiful flat. We were especially grateful to her for all the small personal touches, how she prepared the flat and how she welcomed us, so that we felt at home straight away. Nothing was lacking. It's a light, sunny and roomy apartment. Everything works well. The location is perfect and you can hear the birds singing in the morning in the middle of the old town. Riccardo made us feel very welcome, the apartment lived up to the description and is very spacious and the situation is great. The apartment looks over a small piazza which gives it a nice open feeling and there is a lovely park over the road. It is quiet here and it only takes about 10 minutes to walk into the centre of Arezzo. Parking in the streets is free and there is a great market on Saturday. I would recommend this apartment.

Although we had not met Stefano (but a person delegated by him) has sincerato that everything was ok. The apartment is clean and comfortable area. Maybe I not call it just a luxury apartment for the type of building that for the decor a little dated. Also the elevator is small and tight. But for a short holiday I would recommend it.

We liked Gulia's cozy studio apartment once we found parking (we parked at the cemetery, but wherever you park or arrive, plan on 10 to 20 minutes walk so carry a minimum of luggage!) Gulia met us on the little street and showed us the place and explained how to use the gas, etc. Communication was good once we learned that we needed to use text only. We had fun exploring Arezzo and finding a little store nearby where we bought wine and cheese for supper.

Giulia couldn't have been nicer to deal with. She kept in touch with us at all times and mad us feel very welcome into her beautiful apartment, which is so comfortable and situated in a street, literally, off the main piazza in Arezzo. I couldn't recommend Giulia and her apartment more.

Giulia was an excellent host and made sure we were well taken care of even though she was not in town, her mother and a friend met us at the apartment with smiles and left us the keys. The apartment is quite tiny but was perfect for us (two friends) - I would not suggest any more than two people or to bring children to this apartment. The location cannot be beat, Piazza Grande is at the end of the street and several delicious restaurants just a stones throw away. The only potential drawbacks are no WIFI and no A/C though these are clearly stated in the description - so if you have data on your phone and are fine with open windows, you should have no problem (to note, the street can be a little noisy on the weekend). This was a lovely apartment and a great stay - thanks Giulia!

My girls absolutely loved Guilias flat. It was perfect size for the 2 of them. They had the whole flat to themselves and was welcome to eat she had in the kitchen my daughter said it was her favorite flat on her back packing trip so far so cute and charming. Guilia and her mother were waiting for my girls outside her flat for and the town is small enough my girls found their way around very easily. There's no wifi at the flat but the girls didn't care they loved their stay so much they went to cafe down the street for internet also her place is very close to train station We highly recommend Guilias place! The appartment is located right in the heart of Arezzo. A parking is nearby. You can reach everything by feet. Giulia offered us a heartly welcome and the fridge was filled. We had a perfect stay.

Gina was an awesome host!! The apartment is quite spacious and clean! It's a direct 20 minute walk from the city center. The grocery store is VERY close which was a plus since we bought a lot of groceries for the Easter Weekend. Highly would recommend this apartment for a weekend getaway!

Gina The house is extremely comfortable and situated in a great location, especially if you are visiting not only Arezzo, but also its surroundings. The house is spotless and seems to be really at home. Very handy supermarket just 200 meters away where you can find everything, starting with breakfast. There is possibility to cook and also to be able to use the washing machine (we were only two days and we did not need). Great wifi signal. Gina was very precise in receiving at check-in. If one day we decide to return to the area we already know where to stay. In any case, we will recommend to our friends Gina's House.

This is a large comfortable apartment that is definitely a great value for a stay in Arezzo. There is plenty of room and a huge kitchen that is great to cook in, there is also a huge supermarket convenient located across the street. Gina is very nice and even offered a ride from the station to the apartment. (Even though its just a short walk). I highly recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay here again.
