We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.

Ideal for visiting Gibraltar Point, Frieston Shore or Frampton Marsh nature reserves or a walk along the sea bank. Boston 8 miles, Skegness 12 miles.
