Cozy and quiet apartment in a family house; the location is on a pedestrian and cycle path, at ground level with a separate entrance. Shopping/bakery very close by. A shady beer garden and 2 good pizzerias with outdoor areas are very close by. There are various playgrounds (also with water) near by.
