The beautiful and new 250 m2 house is 500 m from the beach. On the lower floor is the kitchen, living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a double shower tray. At the top there is a spacious dressing room, full bathroom and terrace with panoramic views of the sea and mountain. On the porch there is an area to eat, a relaxing area with sofas and a well with water. There is a large pool with sun loungers, barbecue, shower, chillout area and swings.
