Stunning view of the archipelago

Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

Lontano da traffico e rumore. Bilocale di 35 mq nuovo e dotato di ogni comfort, immerso nel verde a 1 km. dal centro e circa 2 dalla spiaggia di Naregno, non troppo affollata ma ricca di servizi. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare l'Isola. Parcheggio ombreggiato all'interno della proprietà, ingresso indipendente, giardino esclusivo di 50 mq recintato e arredato, barbecue. Lavanderia esterna. TV, condizionatore, riscaldamento a pavimento, wifi, lavastoviglie, microonde. Animali benvenuti.

Grazioso appartamento, finemente ristrutturato e situato nel centro storico di Capoliveri. Luogo ideale per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza .Pochi sono i passi per raggiungere le due piazze principali, i bar I ristoranti, la farmacia ,il supermercato etc … Veramente tutto a portata di mano. Le spiagge sono li a meno di 4 minuti (zuccale ,barabarca ecc..) raggiungibili con auto oppure servizi navetta. Parcheggio gratuito a meno di 2 minuti a piedi.
