Much of the apartment, and its furniture, is made from wood sustainably sourced from our land and we use natural/chemical free building materials whenever possible. This carefully designed apartment is located at ground level with panoramic views to the Nature Reserve of el Sueve. It is located in Carrales in between Caravia Alta and Caravia Baja at 20 minutes walk to La Espasa beach, with access to mountain and coastal walks. The house is built up to the highest standards, with underfloor heating and a high degree of insulation it offers an extremely comfortable space avoiding any humidity sensation which is quite common in traditional Asturian houses.
