The kitchen and bathroom are shared but our housekeeper them daily (However please keep everything clean and tidy). You can cook light meals in the flat - the kitchen is fully equipped. Alternatively there are some of the best restaurants in London on the doorstep. We will provide towels, fresh linen, shampoo, shower gel, tea, coffee, sugar and milk.   • Bianca’s place is perfect if you are looking for an affordable place in an amazingly convenient location. Just blocks from the underground, you can easily get to any of the major sights in 10-15 minutes by train. We were able to “do London” in 2 days because of this convenience. There are convenience stores and restaurants in every direction just outside your doorstep so grabbing bottled water or a bite to eat is super easy. The loud noise from outside will routinely happen until 3 or 4am. Bianca provides earplugs. I would also recommend downloading a white noise app on your phones and playing those throughout the night. We found this to be the most effective way to kind of drown out the noise and fall asleep easily (and/or add sleep aids if you take those). They have cleaners come regularly which is much appreciated, but also please be prepared for a true community living environment as there are three rooms, A, B, and C, and all units share the same bathroom and kitchen. We never had an issue with getting to use the bathroom as other guests were also brief with their use, but not all people have the same living habits so be prepared for that. If you’ve stayed in hostels or other shared spaces you will know the drill. We brought flip flops to use as shower shoes. The kitchen is equipped with stove, sink, dishwasher, fridge, as well as makings for tea and coffee. There is a washing machine as well for laundry. Again, all in all this is a great crash pad for the price, location being valued above all.

  • Great location if you want to be in the middle of Soho. The apartment was good value for money and we had no problems while there. The flat was very clean and fully equipped and the hot water plentiful and pressure strong. We stayed on a Thursday night and didn't have any problems with noise from the street below. We were glad of the single bed in the living area as we were two friends and so could sleep in different rooms. I would stay here again when looking for a place in Soho.

There's supermarkets nearby to grab some essentials etc. Great vibe in this area. We were concerned it may be too noisy to sleep but, once in the sleeping area we hardly noticed the noise, there were earplugs provided but they were not needed (by us anyway). This is a fabulous place to see if you want to be centrally located in London.

Cristian ‘s responses were very prompt and the key collection from a shop round the corner was simple. The apartment is on the top floor so very quiet. We were impressed by the facilities: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washing machine all tucked into the kitchen area, which was also well stocked with utensils, crockery etc. The bed & sofa bed were both very comfortable, with good quality linens. Bathroom has an impressive multi head shower. Everything was very clean,& Wi-fi was ok. Highly recommended for a central London stay.

  • Clean, extremely well located flat. We walked to Westminster Abby, to Trafalagar square, to the National Gallery, and to the theater. Also short tube rides to Buckingham palace, Madam Tassaud's and Natural history museum. There are tons of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We had a last minute change of plans and had to bring an extra guest. They were very accommodating and gave us linens for the couch which worked great. Excellent communication and easy key pick up. Would definitely stay again.

    Having holidays in Central London for money far below the Hotel prices is now possible. I have a medium spacious bedroom to offer in a 2 bed flat located right in the centre of the centre of this great city. Have your own space to relax and rest after a hard day of sightseeing and be back in the middle of the action the next day. The room is a good size for 1 person and has a single bed, hair dryer, iron + board, shampoo, and universal adapters. The layout of the flat can be a bit weird because when you open the door, you are facing the communal staircase. Access to the rest of the flat is just next door, one step away. Some people prefer it because it separates them from the next door guests. The kitchen is basic equipped with kettle, fridge and microwave only. Works just fine for heating some food and making a tea/coffee. The kitchen and WC is shared with another Airbnb guest who will be briefed to respect your space and privacy. There will be max 2 neighbours as next door is a double bedroom.
    Staying here will affect you in terms of having no public transport cost at all. You are located right in the middle of the most vibrant and liveliest area in London, the West End. Almost everything is within minutes walking distance. Mayfair and Soho for clubbing and going out, Covent Garden, Regent Street and Oxford Street for shopping, linked to the usual sights: Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the London Eye. For museum lovers: The British Museum, The National Gallery, Somerset house are all just nearby. There are also countless restaurants, musicals, and theatres surrounding us!
  • Allen’s place is perfect if you want to be in the very center of everything! It’s very easy to get to the underground, it’s less than a five minute walk. There’s tons of wonderful restaurants in every direction and I did my own walking tour of London. I was able to walk to Buckingham palace, the Tate and Westminster Abby. I loved how clean and minimalistic it was.

Of course, it was - like it also has been mentioned in other reviews - a bit noisy during the night.   • We had a great stay in Tina’s apartment. The location is fab and so close to many things to see and do, especially if you want to see a theatre show. As she explains the area is a little noisy (which is to be expected in a central location) but the complimentary earplugs were a great touch and meant we still got a good night sleep. Tina was a great host providing lots of information about where to eat etc and replied promptly. It was also easy to organise dropping our bags off before check in time but we were very lucky that Tina was kind enough to let us check in before the stated time as the apartment was ready, which was great for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

    This is a whole stylish one bedroom apartment is in the heart of historical Soho on a relatively quiet pedestrianized street. Its ideal for couples and business travellers. Children welcome, but I list no children to make you aware of things like the fireplace and the 36 human skulls.     Heart of Soho London We genuinely believe that this apartment - right in the centre of London’s Soho district - offers guests the most stylish accommodation you can find in the area. The apartment is on one of Soho’s most elegant streets, with its tall elegant terraced townhouses all dating from around the 1720s. The street is even pedestrianised so it’s relatively quiet and very safe. The flat itself retains the original 18th century features – wood panelled walls, fireplaces, 12-pane windows, high ceilings and so on. The space embodies English classic style yet there’s no compromising on comfort; it’s also been fully refurbished with modern heating, shower room, kitchenette, dining area,wireless internet etc. This is a spacious one-bedroom flat. Please note that the kitchenette is inside the cupboard in the reception room. It has a two ring electric hob, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, washing machine and is well equipped for breakfast, lunch and simple suppers. You walk out of the flat into the heart of the city; there are more good and original restaurants, bars, theatres, clubs, galleries, art house and mainstream cinemas here than anywhere else in London. Having previously lived in the apartment for years, we know the area intimately. We are now based in Notting Hill and thus close by if you need us. Soho itself has changed enormously in the past twenty years. There has been massive investment in renovation and new development but it still retains more individuality, more quirkiness and more charm than anywhere else in the city. You enter the building through the ground-level front door and walk upstairs to the apartment entrance on the first floor. The apartment’s reception room (lounge) is very bright and spacious, with an elevated aspect and view of the street below. Guests enjoy sitting on the windowsill and watching Soho life walk by. The double bedroom is a comfortable size, with a separate dressing area just off it. The shower room is not big but it’s efficiently designed. The apartment sleeps four by setting up the two inflatable single beds with the electric pump, either putting both in the large reception room or one each in the reception room and bedroom. These are wide and comfortable beds that we’ve often used ourselves happily. they can be deflated and stowed away under the window seats or placed in the bedroom for the next night. Please be aware that - from the reception room - you do pass through the bedroom to access the bathroom. Please note that although the bedroom is very quietly situated to the rear,overlooking a courtyard, the front room overlooks the pedestrianised street and there are some noisy people in soho! Also, please note that there is a large artwork in the main reception room which contains 36 ancient real human skull framed in an oak case. Most people find this fascinating but you should think about whether this would bother you. Milk,tea,coffee and a small selection of breakfast items are provided for your convenience. All sheets and towels are Egyptian cotton from The White Company. The pillows are hypoallergenic with protector slips. Duvet in bedroom is king size 10.5 tog luxury Hungarian goose down. FYI :This range of naturally filled duvets is housed in Nomite marked casing. The tight weave of the cover fabric ensures no down or feathers can escape, whilst it provides an effective barrier against dust mites. This means that these ranges are suitable for house-dust-mite-allergy and asthma sufferers. The suppliers provide us with a guarantee that their feather and down is sourced only as a by-product of the food industry. In addition, they’re monitored to ensure they practice the highest standards of animal welfare. We’ve designed the flat to be distinctive and memorable with echoes of its artistic history. In fact, our building features on the tourist walking guides through Soho, as the terrace of houses are strikingly elegant and an excellent example of these 1720s buildings. The sign on the front door of our building has become a featured item on some tours. It reads "The is not a brothel. There are no prostitutes at this address". The sign itself was first erected ten years ago by much loved artist who used live here. The sign is a joke, a goof, an ironic commentary about the history of prostitution in Soho. The street has no brothels and is entirely safe and appropriate for families.
    Soho is packed with so many small independent and original shops and restaurants.

    I am renting a bright and super clean double room located in the city center. The flat could not be more central, so you don't need to spend on travel card to see London's landmarks. The flat is located in Covent Garden, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of London and it's only5 min walking to Trafalgar Square, 1 min from Leicester Square station and 5 min walking to Covent Garden station. You could not be more central than this.
    The room is very bright and spacious. My flat is spotlessly clean and I try to make all my guest feel at home. The pics don't do justice for its charm! The kitchen can be used, WiFi is available as well. In case I am travelling, I might Airbnb my own room so you'd have an opportunity to interact with another guest.

  • Super flat! Above standard London apartment in the absolute best location – close to attractions, shopping, food, theater. It has full amenities, fast internet, and local guides and travel books. The description and photos were accurate (even some upgrades such as breakfast table and TV in the master bedroom), and is priced right for a Covent Garden flat (we were staying at a hotel in the area for almost twice the price, and the rental gave us more space, amenities, and flexibility!). One bed super quiet, and second bedroom mostly quiet, especially considering how central (just occasional people down on walkway, but helped by blackout curtains and everything closed shortly after 11pm). Bed was cosy with feather duvet and pillows. Kitchen with brand new appliances (fridge, dishwasher, combo washing machine) and lots of pots, pans, utensils. Host communication was great, and self-check in smooth and convenient (just collected keys across the street and entered when we wanted). Definitely return!

    The flat forms part of a listed Edwardian mansion block. It holds a number of original features, is fully furnished and commands an excellent location, being only 2 minutes walk from the Covent Garden tube station and piazza. Situated in a safe area and normally one of the quieter streets, St Martin's Courtyard is also close by, with it's showcase of fashionable shops and restaurants. A nice touch, are the original street gas lamps that are illuminated in the evening. The accommodation comprises a cozy and comfortable double sized room with share of the generously proportioned kitchen/diner, bathroom and all available facilities. The room is carpet fitted and includes a high quality single divan bed, polished desk, two chairs, built in and free standing double sized wardrobes, full length mirror, efficient Wifi, television, hairdryer, oscillating fan, bedside table and three table lamps. There is a good standard of decoration and thorough standard of cleanliness throughout. The main building and flat is served by a monitored fire alarm system, with fire extinguishers and emergency lighting located on each staircase level. The flat is also facilitated with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and all gas services are checked annually to meet UK certified standards. The area is recognised as safe and no security difficulties have been experienced to date. All doors are nevertheless secured to a high standard.
    Covent Garden is a happy place to be with a positive and upbeat vibe. Cosmopolitan, with a mixture of people including local residents, local office workers and business people, tourists and the many visitors to the pubs, restaurants and theatres etc. Home to the Royal Opera House and English National Opera, you will have easy access to all that is available to you and literally on your own doorstep too. Covent Garden is also an ideal springboard location to all the sites and other parts of London and beyond. Truly something to suit everyone and suitable for all age groups, young and and the more mature alike.

  • Michael's place is what Airbnb used to be and should always be. The location is unbeatable in central London- literally less than two minutes walking from the Covent Garden station (Piccadilly line, which comes direct from Heathrow). The neighborhood is chock full of stores and restaurants of all genres, and it's a short walk to many of the sights on your to do list. It felt safe at all times of the day and night. The place itself is perfect for the solo traveller, perfect size with plenty of storage room and spotlessly clean throughout. The shared bathroom was never a problem in terms of access, toiletries were provided, and towels and linens a touch above common. Michael is the host Airbnb would put in its advertising. Communication was prompt and more efficient with useful information than any other Airbnb where I've stayed. He provides useful tips about local restaurants, pubs, etc. and several thoughtful touches above and beyond expectations (fresh fruit and water in the room, turning the heat on so no chill if arriving back late night, coffee, tea, etc.). Check in and check out were a breeze, and he was thorough in explaining everything you'd want and need to know. Early/late luggage storage is also a bonus. And all this comes at an unbeatable price point/value! The length of this review reflects my enthusiasm about this without reservation recommendation. If you find Michael's place available for your time in London grab it and save yourself some time looking at other options.

Location is in one of the most coveted areas of the city, and it's only a few steps away from a main tube station. We thought the noise may be a little loud being right above a busy street, but everything dies down pretty early so it was not an issue. Convenience was a MAJOR factor for this place. It was easy to walk or tube to anywhere in the city. Cannot stress enough how great of a stay we had. Wifi was strong, TV had a large selection of channels, and the bed was very comfy. Kitchen had all amenities for cooking, and a nice coffee maker stocked with pods. Host was very flexible with check-in and checkout times, which was a major lifesaver. We had to keep the windows open at night because of the heat wave during our stay, and while you could hear the pub down the street, it got really quiet outside by the time we actually went to bed.   • We stayed there for 10 night and it was perfect! My son’s said you couldn’t have picked a better place. You walk out your front door and you are in the heart of London. Restaurants, pubs, night clubs, plays and cafes are every where. Its super close to the tube! You can ride the tube from the airport which is a direct line. Super easy! We hope to comeback soon.

  • David's apartment is super well located, close to many sights, so we did a lot of walking. Clean environment, shower and good beds. I had read previous reviews about the noise, however we had no problem, they made out protectors but we did not need to use them. I recommend!

There is no lift/elevator.

PLEASE NOTE - Due to the amazing central location, the area is very busy and therefore street noise is inevitable. Please consider this before you book. We provide earplugs in case anyone is a light sleeper. If you are very sensitive to noise then it may be best to stay outside of the city centre, although that doesn't sound like much fun to us :) Renovation was completed in 2018 Fantastic apartment available - this Georgian building is full of character with sloping walls, ceilings and floors - Staying here is affordable and a real treat, something that will be a warm part of your memory of visiting Soho, London. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedroom (also the living room) is spacious. Host was friendly.
