Large kitchen with dining area. Sunny balcony. Nice bathroom with washing bar. Light the fireplace and let the calm fall. 500 meters to Dyrehaven, 700 meters to Bellevue Beach, and 300 meters to the S train to Copenhagen. Welcome to our villa apartment, where we have been discerning for details and coziness. The apartment is furnished on the first floor of our villa with room for 3 (4) guests. Our family lives on the ground floor. The apartment consists of one large room, with a nice double bed, a sofa bed, neat kitchen, a large bathroom and a large balcony. Our house is located in Bagsvärd, 12 km from Copenhagen C, close to Nordsjaelland. The bus drives right outside the door - 15-minute walk to S-train - and the possibility to park for free at the sidewalk.

The house is located in a quiet and culturally protected area of central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge and costs SEK2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple live in the apartment above. Nice apartment in Søllerød, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom (total 65 sqm). Kitchenette with fridge, electric kettel, and microwave. No stove and no cooking. 20 min from Copenhagen by car. Just next to the lovely Kirkeskov forest. The apartment is renovated and is located in the basement of a nice old house from year 1900 with its own entrance. Fabulous "New-York style" apartment close to CPH

The apartment has a creative multi level design with four nice rooms with big windows - one of which is bedroom. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. Doorway from kitchen to the communal garden. There is also a front garden with comfortable seating. The neighbourhood north of Copenhagen named Ordrup - a quiet and friendly place. Lots of green areas around. 800 meters to the ocean and forest,800 meters to shops, 600 meters to the station which takes you to Cph Center in 15 minutes. Beautiful place

Centrally located in Charlottenlund, this one-bedroom apartment of 42 sqm with an unobstructed view to the east, over Ordrup Park. 5 min to the two main shopping streets in Charll, 10 min to the station and another 15 min, then you are in the center of Cph. Close to forest and beach, Charll forest, Dyrehaven etc. PS: The bed is 140x200 cm, with a large double duvet. PPS: And of course, no smoking in my apartment. Not sure where else to write it :)
