Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

In the heart of a small village, 35 min from Paris by car or train, 25 min from the Palace of Versailles and 5 min from the Thoiry Zoo. The house is independent, surrounded by a 1300 m2 enclosed garden with a private and heated swimming pool (10 m2). Upon arrival, the cleaning is done, the beds are ready, towels are provided as well as foutas for the pool. We provide the basic necessities: coffee beans (for 10 to 15 coffees), paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher products, etc.

Opposite the military school of Saint Cyr l'Ecole, in a new luxury residence, secure, quiet with view of the garden of the residence, and located 4 km from the Palace of Versailles, rents apartment of 60 m², full exposure south, comprising a living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 bathroom and separate toilet with fiber. The apartment has a terrace and 2 parking spaces in the secure basement of the residence.

We completely renewed the flat (750 sq ft) in november 2017. 3 minutes from the nearest metro station (line 6), 10 minutes walking to get to 3 other metro lines (5, 7, 14). Less than 20 minutes door to door for Paris central metro station (Chatelet Les Halles). Close to la Seine and lots of cool barges (restaurants, clubs, concert halls). Very quiet in a calm and safe neighborhood.

The property is situated in the heart of an old and authentic village, closed to Versailles castle (15 minutes by car) and Saint Germain en Laye (10 minutes by car)(with an other castle). Paris is at 25 minutes. You will be able to enjoy our nice terrace and our big garden including a heated swimming pool and a pond.
