This lovely cottage sits on 90 acres featuring gardens, fruit groves, forest, and the Hoosic River. Spectacular views of Mt Greylock. Truly an idyllic location, the perfect retreat for a lover of the outdoors but also close to cultural offerings. Less than 10 minutes to downtown North Adams and Mass MOCA. Williamstown and the Clark Art Institute are nearby as well. Plenty of long or short hikes, scenic walks and bike rides as well as local restaurants and shops that are easily accessible.

Private converted first floor barn apartment in a New England home next to the Green River. Comfortable with unique furnishings and back door to river patio. Sleeps 1-2 comfortably. Can accommodate 4 with the extra sleeper tri-fold mattress, (Best for 1-2 smaller children). Private full bath. Great for 1-2 adults or a family with smaller children. Escape to Berkshires in our renovated, classic "Worker's" cottage (circa 1860) style townhouse. Close to Vermont & New York State. Downtown North Adams & Williamstown all offer excellent Museums, dining, shopping, and outdoor recreation. Several ski resorts to choose from including Jiminy Peak, Mount Snow, Berkshire East (all under an hour from the house) and Stratton (about 1 hr 20 min depending on the weather).
