The Stables are tucked away from the road with a gated private drive. There is underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. The ground floor bedroom has twin beds, which can joined to make a large double, whilst the first floor mezzanine bedroom has a double bed, with fine sunset views. There is parking for 2 cars and cycle storage. Good local shops close by.

The Old Stables

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!
