Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Former farmhouse renovated on 2 floors: very quiet, with all comforts! Nuits Saint Georges à 10min, Beaune 15min, highway 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue, etc. Private parking, courtyard and garden. Breakfast, pastries, wines and local beers (extra charge). Families welcome.

Ideally located on the wine route, between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, loft on the first floor of our main residence (28 m2), with private covered terrace (20 m2) overlooking the classified vineyards. Come and discover the charm of Burgundy. Located in the heart of Pommard and its vineyard, Le Petit Métayer is a comfortable studio for two people, a quiet and relaxing place. It is located on the first floor of an old building. In the center of Pommard, the old stones and narrow streets of this Burgundian village give it all its charm. The village has several shops. Free parking in the church square with charging stations for electric cars.

Gîte de la Maison Jaune – Comblanchien

Come and spend a stay with family or friends in this accommodation located in the heart of Burgundy wine country, at the crossroads of the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. This village house, which we call "the yellow house", is a townhouse with a small enclosed courtyard. A large park nearby offers a petanque court and games for children. The Bakery is a stone's throw away and is open on Sunday mornings!

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Stone Cutter's Lodge

This family home is close to all sights and amenities. It is conveniently located on the Grands Crus road, between Beaune and Dijon. It is equipped to accommodate babies and all young children. In the village, a bakery, post office, two restaurants, a hotel and a nice shaded park where you can have a picnic.
