Sunny, beach and parkside apartment

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Internet, Wifi and Smart TV, but also great park and ocean views. Full sized kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, cinema and bars. Secondary dwelling in the back of the main house. Complimentary Netflix and internet (wifi may not always work due to the distance to the modem). I recently installed a wifi extender (on 15th Feb 2024) and internet in the studio seems to be working fine now!
