Wombat Hill Getaway

Behind the modest façade lies a surprisingly spacious layout, with generous light-filled living and dining areas. Three bedrooms (one with an en suite), with all new flooring throughout. New modern bathrooms with walk-in showers (the water pressure is amazing!), and a new kitchen with a large meals table, will make your stay indulgent and relaxing, with the added modern touches of Apple TV and a wireless speaker system to entertain. The backyard truly impresses. A brand new deck, and newly designed gardens, shows off the expansive western views towards Lake Daylesford. Sit outside, light the BBQ, and have a drink while watching the sun go down. Access is to the whole house. The garage to park the car is accessible via the roller door. The garage is often used for gardening, so please be mindful of tools. The BBQ is in the garage too, with a gas bottle nearby. The brick shed down the back is not in use, and a bit rickety so best keep the kids away if they’re joining. If there’s more than one car, you can park on the nature strip or in the driveway. Just please don't park and cover the footpath, so people can still walk their prams etc. The whole place is all yours to enjoy. We are contactable by phone or email, and if we are not around we have friends nearby who will be happy to help Directly across from the Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens, the home is a leisurely 10-minute walk from the town centre. Head to Vincent Street for the cinema, a great selection of cafes, shops, restaurants, and pubs, and access to the local supermarket. This is a smoke free, pet free and event free property.

Light the fire, play a game or browse books. Watch Netflix, SBS, ABC iView. A cosy night awaits with an Ecosa bed & L’Occitane products. Revel in beautiful gardens. Watch the sunset from 3 terraces. Well-behaved inside dogs very welcome! (No fence. So outside, dogs to be on a lead for the wildlife.)
