It's near the Lake Dunstan cycle trail, the Central Otago Rail Trail & Lake Roxburgh Trail. Five minutes to Alexandra or Clyde. One hour’s drive to Queenstown. Enjoy the outdoor space, nearby vineyards and orchards, and local cafes. Fully self contained two bedroom downstairs unit (upstairs unit is permanently occupied by us). Great quiet location only 1 minute walk to Rail Trail, 10 minutes walk to supermarket centre of town. Off street parking for one car. Wifi, TV, washing machine.If you need high class furniture and matching bed linen this is not going to be the place for you, but if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and handy then welcome! We may be able to help with transfers for Dunstan trail - please ask.

Rail Trail Retreat - Loft

Loft space upstairs (separate entrance) in landscaped gardens set back from road. We welcome everyone & pets with prior agreement. King-size bed. Double bed settee. Breakfast $15 pp per day. Electric bikes $40 pp per day. Due to some extra cleaning needed after dogs have stayed we charge $10 per dog :) Please note there is a luxury caravan available for overflow should the need arise or if, as occasionally happens, we are double-booked. This will cost an extra $150 per night.
