Detached house with magnificent view of the sea. Bedroom: full-size bed, one bathroom, large studio with couch for two and extra lavatory. New kitchen, fully equipped. 5 Ghz WiFi, PC desk. Living-room and studio both open to large patio. External stairs to roof-deck. Unique choice of golf courses in the hinterland. Walk 8 min to "our" beach, drive 10 min to endless Cabopino or Fuengirola beaches. Maintenance and help ensured by excellent collaboration with our Spanish superhost neighbours.

Beautiful refurbished house with a modern style and designer furniture. The house has a sunny living room with an equipped kitchen. The house has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two beds. The house also has a playroom for children with a sofa bed. If you decide to bring a car we have 2 exterior spaces available and there is no problem to park outside if your friends come to visit. You will also enjoy a fantastic 300 square meter garden where you can swim in the pool.

The casita is special to enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden. Go to the Community Pool ( June, July, August and September) BBQ grill, have family fun or jump on the trampoline! And also be very close to the city (Fuengirola, Cala de Mijas, Marbella, etc.), shopping centers, restaurants, etc. You can walk to the beach, just 10 minutes (with beach bar, public baths, showers, etc.). The house is great for family, friends, and even your pet!
