Martin and Caroline really made us feel welcome and enjoy big times our stay. The apartment is absolutely lovely and functional in every aspect. We found everything we possibly needed in the apartment. Glarus turned out to be a charming place to live with beautiful mountains surrounding the landscape and great cheese shop filling the fridge. Martin and Caroline provided us the warmest hospitality one can ask for and they were always ready to help in all sorts of matters. They are truly nice people!

We spent a wonderfull week end at martin and caroline's. The place was really comfortable and there warm welcome made us feel at home right away. Very cosy house! Martin was an excellent host with an excellent AirBNB. A cool loft in an easy going town that is not filled with tourists with plenty of places to get treats and quick access to cool parts of northeastern Switzerland. This AirBNB has two options for sleep, each accommodating two persons easily. Lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking (including a variety of ways to make coffee!). One of the best AirBNB's I've stayed in! (p.s. the shower here has the best water pressure on the planet!)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst und uns wurde alles gut gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden nochmals weitere Ferientage hier verbringen.

Die 2 Nächte bei Lars waren super! Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die zwei sind auch sehr nett gewesen und haben uns sogar noch den Klöntalersee gezeigt. Die Unterkunft kann man nur empfehlen! :)

He and his wife were a great host. I felt so familiar when staying with them and they were so nice and always helpful! Everything was neat and clean with a decent scent throughout the flat. They also put a little welcome present in my room... The flat itself is very calm and cozy. Besides that, the flat includes a beautiful balcony with view to the Glarus Alps! Furthermore answer times were very short, and Stefan was very uncomplicated when I first made a booking mistake regarding trip time. =) Last but not least when they invited some friends and I came home late, Stefan invited me to join their dinner on the fly! Hope my next Airbnb trip will be as good as this :) .

The house is better than 5 star, I thought I will stay in an old farm house, but I found a very clean and full of EVERYTHING , modern kitchen , plenty of room for family and kids to enjoy the stay. Really my family had a happy time there and enjoyed every hour we stayed in the House. Sure Rahel House will be my choice next time.

The place was great! The kids really loved all the toys and being to run outside in the yard and to see the farm. The location is also perfect. It is close enough to town to be practical but also close enough to the mountains to do a lot of hiking. So, all in all, this was a success!

The house is great farm house with very beautiful veiw and clean aminities . The keitchen is fully equipped and very new. The location is also perfect and close to the highways. The living room should has more furniture.

The house is perfect for relaxation, as a starting point for excursions, trips around the area and even trips to Germany. It is ideal to go with children.

Great experience! We really enjoyed our stay at Marianne and Köbi. They went all the way to make us feel at home. A really friendly family that recommended us some places to visit and activities we could do. And there was a lot to do and see; spectacular views from the mountains and lakes. In really it was even more than a private room. It felt like a complete appartment, because we could use the bathroom and kitchen in Marianne's massage-practice. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Switzerland.

Everything was good. It was more than we expected ie. very comfortable bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. They prepared everything very well including small details (a list of restaurants, sweets and fruits on the table etc). They are very friendly and helpful. And worth to be mentioned, we had a Swiss-style breakfast and it was great!

We had a great journey at Köbi and Marianne. They have a beautiful family and are all very warm, always there to help you. They told us what we can visit, how to get to the places. The place is very clean, the view from their garden is lovely and no one will bother you. You have a parking next to the house and also 1 or 2 parkings in like 100m from the house. Everything is like in the description. Even better actually :) Thank you Marianne and thank you Köbi - hope to see you again one day.

I lived in this beautiful house for 3 nights. The house was amazing with a lot of original character of traditional Swiss homes, yet was quite modern. The house is well equipped and furnished. Landscape nearby is just amazing close to the mountains and you can hear the river water if you open the windows. The only thing that could be better was the road leading to it which is quite narrow and the final stretch of 30m is gravel. We came in our Volvo XC90 and have to say it was difficult. But otherwise we had a great experience and a very plesant stay!

Heinz's cabin was a fantastic weekend getaway. The cottage was cosy, cute, had lots of great amenities and was in a beautiful village. Heinz was very helpful in arranging our stay and making sure we had everything we need. The location was very convenient for exploring. We hiked directly from the house along a mountain ridge for over 4 hours. It was an incredible landscape to explore. The following day we took a gondola to a great restaurant and sledded down the hill. Highly recommended!

Arrived in the pitch black surrounded by looming mountains and we were welcomed by a cosy 'chalet' style house with sheepskin rugs, lovely furnishings and homely rooms. We were so excited to wake up and see the view. Morning came and we all rushed outside to look at the view- and what a view it was! Beautiful snowy mountains in the warm sun, birds tweeting, cow bells ringing and not a person in sight! Can't wait to come back again, and again! :)

This is a lovely, romantic, old house with wood paneling throughout, and a wonderful ambience. Once you have mastered the traditional kachelofen, the whole place will be warm as toast however cold it is outside (and it's also great for cooking). Tall people will need to mind their heads on the low beams! The main dining area is super-cosy, but the kitchen is also perfect for long meals. There is a footpath by the side of the house which is used by local people, but the place nevertheless feels very secluded and private. The last part of the track down to the house is indeed steep, and narrow between two stone walls - OK for most cars but nothing bigger. There are lovely unspoiled views from the front through beech trees to the wooded hills and mountains beyond, and nice paths below the house down towards Mitlodi and Schwanden, both of which are about 30 minutes' walk away. Would definitely stay again - it must be especially lovely there in the spring and summer.

A lovely cabin in Glarus. Highly recommend. We came here with a group of friends for a hiking/snowshoeing weekend and it was perfect. Very easy to access with a car or train from Zurich. Has a fantastic kitchen, very warm and also had comfy beds.

The house is perfectly situated for a few quiet days to spend in the mountains and nature. It's everything you need. We come in winter happy again. Sonja is a very nice and helpful host. Everything was carefully prepared to spend a relaxing time.

Our stay at Sonja I can only recommend. Even before our arrival, the contact with our hostess was very good. You could tell right away that it is a tried and friendly woman is if I have not met personally at the end. The apartment was very neat and clean. The beds were made and the device was able to score through the gemühtlichen mountain lodge atmosphere. In the kitchen, we were able to find everything you need and also otherwise of board games on DVDs and magazines all there. The house we could not find bad beginning because of rather vague description. I would have eg a sign on the door with a name for the desired cabin, which can be seen directly from the street. Similarly, a more detailed description of the heating system because there is only one large wood burning stove in the living room, where everything heated up on the bathroom and it was a bit chilly at night. But all in all I can only recommend the apartment with the incredible mountains and think that I will go there again in the future. Many thanks to the love Sonja and her sweet hangover Paul.

We spent 5 days with third Sonya's cozy chalet and felt very comfortable. The scenic environment is great for hiking, snowshoeing and small, but very nice ski resort Schilt, it is only 5 minutes by car. At night you can relax at the stove or in the sauna. Sonja was very friendly and always available. The 15 minute driving distance from Mollis to Mullern is single track and some getting used to. February 2015

Sonja has warmly welcomed me and Introduced wonderful. She was always quickly accessing email and there were no negative sides. The chalet is a delightful retreat in the Alps, away from it all (so well on foot only for happy hikers easily accessible, a car would be there already an advantage), the neighboring chalets are rarely inhabited, even in the middle of the summer holidays. Price \ Leistungsverhaeltnis great, after 15 years of world travel this was one of the most sensational stays!

The chic Alphüttli by Sonja fits the description. The environment is (in winter) very pretty and very quiet. The Hüttli was also very consumables and ready to give information in perfect condition and Sonja. All in all the stay was nice and highly recommended!

The cottage by Sonja is lovely, we felt like we were at home and were able to recover in this very quiet place. It was very well described, we found it right away, everything went perfectly, and the contact with Sonja. A perfect place: relax, unwind, hiking, mountain air and enjoy a great view, a very nice area. A little adventure was with much snow still attending. Thank you Sonja !!!

Right at the foot hills. this is by far one of the most beautiful place to stay in Swiss. The villa is wonderful as shown in the pics, in fact much better. Easy to drive around to the major tourist attractions Zurich, Pilatus Kulm, Interlakken and about an hours drive to Austria as well. Ideal if you want to cover most of the places in short time. Has large supermarkets at walkable distance and some nice places to see around the villa as well. Not many places like this that serve breakfast and has parking facility. So if you are driving, this is the place you must be. Stephan and Iona were great hosts. We missed the route due to the GPS. Stephan was kind enough to pick us up and guide us to the villa at late night. He showed us the place and made us feel at home. Beautifully designed home, Exotic location, wonderful hosts! you could not expect more on your vacation. Highly recommended for all.

Highly recommended apartment! The complete environment is clean, quiet and very modern. The kitchen is fantastic, we got everything we need. The nice garden with sofa and barbecue is very enjoyable. Iona, Stephan and their lovely son are very friendly, they prepared nice breakfast for us and always trying to help us enjoy our vacation better.

It was very cozy with Barbara. She showed herself warmly, sociable and gregarious, very accommodating. I felt with her and her daughter we live. Although it is very expensive one in the house, but it is all the more homely.

Barbara was a perfect host and I felt totally at home even though I stayed only for one night. Quiet and scenic location. Would recommend.

Barbara is a great host. Very nice and thoughtful. A small walk from the train station and in a nice quiet neighborhood. As a 6'3" tall person some areas in the house I had to duck, but other than that is was a great time. I would stay there again and would recommend staying there.

The house is situated in a quiet location and is small and very cozy. Barbara offers a breakfast made by personal desires and you can share the use of all. I felt very welcome and at home.

I was made very very welcome by both Barbara and Miriam. I enjoyed staying with them a lot. Barbara was so interested in photos from home and she was so generous with her time. The neighbourhood is delightfully swiss and getting around was so easy with buses and trains nearby.
