Welcome to our beautiful 2 1/2-room apartment in Ermatingen, 20 metres from Lake Constance. We've been renting it out for 14 years. The living area of the apartment is about 65 sqm and is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Highlight: Completely new kitchen from March, 2019 with dishwasher, induction cooker with oven, large fridge with freezer. Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
