A fantastic space with lots of space around. Lovely dogs too

We really enjoyed our stay here for our trip to blue mountain. Feb 24 to 26 weekend. For the price, it is worth the value even though it's about a 35 min drive from blue. Check in was easy with a lockbox so we were given the privacy even though it's the basement of their home. The place was clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. There was crock pots, all utensils, toothpicks and they even supplied a bigger coffee pot as we had a bigger group of 7 people. Louise did advise me to bring more mugs as there are only a few mugs. There are 3 beds and even a pull out sofa bed but it's located in the mud room which may be too cold during the winter. The only issue we had was the dishwasher as it had trouble staying closed to continue the wash cycle. Also, there is no exhaust fan above the stove so it can get smokey when cooking. This wasn't an issue for us as we were able to just open the patio door to let it out. The shower stall is pretty small like a cruise ship shower but it wasn't an issue for us as we are short people. I would recommend those that are considering this place for a trip to blue mountain to be aware that the area is very dark at night with no streetlights in a very rural location with a mix of mud roads and some paved roads. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this well valued airbnb.

Louise's home is beautiful inside and out. Great property and very spacious. Louise was very attentive and helpful.

The owners are very nice

Louise and her family are great people and they have a beautiful home listed here. It rests on a huge property that is perfect for a relaxing getaway, and only half an hour away from the Blue Mountain Village. This property was listed as having 3 beds, but when we arrived there was actually an extra pullout bed to make it 4 which was great. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen was stocked with helpful items, and they have a great collection of movies to watch if you feel like killing time. Everything was perfect for us, and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful space with owners who helpfully communicate every step of the way.

The place was clean and quite. Host was friendly and very helpful. We were given excellent advice on what trails to snowshoe.

Stayed here for an overnight trip to Blue Mountain. Louise and Peter were amazing hosts and had great communication. Will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the loft. It has really great character, tastefull decoration, and lots of room. Ann is a great host, we'll come again for sure if we are around Flesherton!

We absolutely loved the Pharmacy Loft! The place definitely has a lot of character and was actually bigger and much more charming than I expected. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. It was very clean and everything we could possibly need was there. There's a cute cafe with great coffee and food just downstairs, a bakery just a couple steps further, a 24 hour Foodland a short drive away, great hiking in the area too. The bruce trail and a Eugenia Falls are less than a 10 minute drive away. Ann made the checkin and checkout process very easy. She met us at the loft and showed us where we could find anything we might need. She left us a great list of restaurant suggestions. Prior to getting to Flesherton, Ann was very quick to reply to messages and made sure we were had all the info we needed. I would definitely stay at the Pharmacy Loft again!

The location was perfect for a ski getaway, and definitely great for a couple. It would be tight for more than two. While it's technically a ski out location, the one day we actually took the bridge over (through the ski club) it was a bit of effort because of the flats -- but you can do it! The kitchen was perfect for what we needed. There was a great locker for our gear, which made it especially convenient. Wifi worked great, and there was cable as well.

The chalet is beautifully decorated and it is located within a 15 minute walk to the Blue Mountain village. I stayed during the summer, so reading on the deck, while a heron fished in the stream was the highlight of my visit. Its an incredibly peaceful place.

My mother and I stayed here for 2 nights. Joseph seemed very pleasant via email and text message and was easy to contact. His place was small but the pull out couch was convenient. It is on the ground level of the building which is usually nice but the people in the unit above us were very loud. It was a short drive to the village. We didn't use the pool or tennis courts but they seemed well maintained. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

The apartment is in a beautiful location, is in good condition and clean. Joseph I never met, the communication was only through the app. During our stay it was quite hot and we could not really airing, also little light inside the apartment. Extra fun was the possibility of swimming and tennis on site!

Walking distance to Blue Mountain, Restaurants, Shops, etc. Great location but far enough from the tourism hot spots. Basic accommodations, but everything you need for a weekend spent outside - would recommend!

Our weekend stay at Dragos' place was fantastic. Everything was as described, and the place was spotless when we arrived. The unit itself was cozy and perfect for a weekend (or more) away for two.

Dragos was a very good host. He was very prompt at addressing and responding to our questions. He was supportive in helping us make our stay comfortable. The loft was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The area is very convenient and close to the main village.

Just returned from a weekend at Blue Mountain, staying in Dragos' condo. As a host, he is wonderful. Incredibly quick response time, great attention paid to making sure you're happy with your stay. There was an issue with the cable when we arrived but it was fixed within the hour. The staff at the condo resort was equally helpful and nice to deal with. The condo is accurately represented in the photos and description. It's a tight fit when the couch is pulled out but all the amenities you need are there and ideally, you're not spending too much time indoors anyway. It's not as close to the village as I expected however, the convenience and ease of the free shuttle to and from made it a non-issue. Scandinave Spa is super close and the perfect place to relax on holiday. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend the condo, a good fit for 2 guests.

Dragos place was nice and clean, cute and cozy. The value is awesome. It's location is pretty awesome it's a quick drive into the blue mountain village and into collingwood. Personally I think collingwood has better restaurants so I was happy that this place isn't too far the village and has a free shuttle into village, but it's also closer then other resorts in blue mountain to collingwood. The internet is fast and there was cable. The appliances in this unit are upgraded compared to other units in the complex, actually many things in Dragos unit were upgraded to make it nicer. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting blue mountain.

There were a few small things, but overall our stay here was great and a good value. A nice comfy place near the Blue Mountain village and Collingwood with more space and a kitchen for only slightly more than a hotel. The place, kitchen, linens, etc. were reasonably clean and met our needs. Would stay again. Would be great for the ski season! There were a few small things though. When we checked in, it seemed the staff were confused between their resort's own Airbnb listings and the host's private Airbnb listing and also the reservation for the unit seemed to be a day off, which added to the confusion. We gave them the host's number and although it was late on a Friday evening they seemed to clear it up with a quick call. We were told prior that the fireplace would be fixed, but if it was, I certainly couldn't figure out the remote (which is doubtful - I'm pretty technical). Again, only a mild disappointment - not enough to bother the host.

Wonderful place to stay! Condo had everything we needed and was in a convient location with shuttle pickup to take us to the village. Very clean and modern condo what made us feel right at home. Dragos was extremely helpful and met all of our needs and had open lines of communication for questions. Great place to stay and would highly recommend it anyone staying in the blue mountains area.

The place was nice but was a tight fit for 2 adults and 2 kids. Unfortunately the tenants above us were running around at 6am which made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Very close to the village.

A quick drive to the Village, or $10 cab ride approx. There aren't a lot of places to run out and grab stuff except going into the Village, so bring the small snacks and items you'll want for your trip. More spacious and better value than a hotel. Cozy and comfortable and very clean.

Good value. Shuttle service is not door to door. The lift that is near the condo stops at 4 pm.

My daughter and I visited Blue Mountain for two days (Monday and Tuesday). This suite was amazing- everything you could ever need for cooking, a shuttle to the village, view of the mountains and a beautiful brook right outside the door. Nancy really covered all the bases. I would highly recommend staying here!

The condo couldn't more perfect for our needs. Our family of 4 felt super comfortable during our short stay and Nancy provided all the necessary amenities to make it happen. The village was a quick 2 min drive from the condo which made it perfect for that late evening stroll with the kids and ice cream pit stop. An absolutely beautiful condo in a great location. Great place, close to mountain. Stayed 2 nights with my gf and 2 kids (4.5 yr and 5mnth baby). Place is good value and big enough for us. Ski lift is walking distance and village is a 5min drive. Would stay again.

Good location, great for group trips to Blue Mountain

The loft is perfectly situated in the lovely town of thornbury - full of delicious food and bakeries. Being only 15 min drive to blue mountain village, everything was very convenient. We were the first to stay here since opening and although the smell of fresh paint lingered in the air, the space is perfect w a kitchen, washing machines and big windows. Note that the newly renovated apartment is above a cafe/bar. There was a live band and we could hear the bass into the night. We stayed over on Canada day, and there were quite the festivities. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Great loft! New and modern. Immaculately clean. And in one of the most picturesque towns in Ontario.

Suite has all the basics. Really impressed with the equipment and amenities in the kitchen. Restaurants, cafes nearby. Centrally located. Overall cleanliness is 3 out of 5. Garbage was not taken out prior to our arrival and there is no where we can dump the garbage. Cleaners need to pay more attention on dusting the suite. No central air conditioning or heating system. Air circulation is poor in the bedroom on a hot summer day as there is only a ceiling fan. Portable air conditioning is available in the living area with a ceiling fan to assist circulation in the suite. Living room has no curtains. Consider this if you plan to sleep in the living room. Suite is located above a pub. Walls are thin and you can hear the bass drums past midnight. Ideal location for midnight owls but not early sleepers. Safety: 4 out of 5 - Suite has a separate entrance. You have to climb a flight of stairs to access the suite. Not stroller friendly. Fire alarm system in the suite connects to the pub. Host is friendly. Would refer friends.

This chic, clean, new and modern space was pleasing in so many ways. The 11 ft ceilings, the many tall windows, the tech and amenities, the massive private deck and the unbelievable views. This second story space is over a bar, but sound proofed completely. And the location couldn't be better; steps from the original Ashanti Cafe, the Cheese Factory and the Bruce Wine Bar. Also only a 5 minute walk from the Thornbury Pier and beach. We knew the second we walked into Suite A that Ingrid and Adam know what their doing as hosts. And when we walked out, we both agreed that we would definitely return.

This was my first time booking with Airbnb and I'm now a fan! Wendy's place was lovely - private with a lovely creek and bird feeder. We enjoyed the fireplace and found that Wendy had thought of everything to make us feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked. Her place was spotless and the towels and linens were lovely. This was the third time my husband and I stayed at Wendy's. The place is very relaxing, clean and the land is very special. Great bonfire outdoors, great fire inside keeping us warm- nothing beats it. Thank you Wendy for the coffee and cookies. Ps your cat is a great at cuddling. We enjoyed him coming around for a visit.

We had a lovely stay here while we attended a nearby wedding. The apartment was very clean and nicely set up. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Neal made sure that the place was immaculate for us on our arrival. He listed all of his amenities on a board that were clear and easy to understand. It was clean and well furnished with two fans to keep the rooms cool in the heat, and a barbecue on the balcony for us to eat and stare out over the water. His place was perfect for us, as it was just the two of us and we didn't need anything too grand. The location is minutes from the Blue Mountain Village and barely a half hour from Wasaga beach. If you and your partner are looking for a getaway, at a fair price, at a great location, I would 100% recommend staying at Neal's condo.

Great place, very light and fresh for a basement suite, didn't feel like a basement at all. Very modern kitchen with a great stove and oven. We didn't meet Wendie but she was quick to reply on email with anything we needed. Beds were comfy, internet was fast and the bathroom was clean and modern.

My friends and I stayed here for New Years and it was beyond perfect. Erin was an excellent host who responded to all my messages and texts promptly. She greeted us upon arrival and provided us with a list of places to eat and some activities to do. The space is actually larger than it appears in the photos and comfortably fit six people. Even though it's a basement apartment it has a lot of natural light and we didn't feel cramped at all. It's about a 5-10 min drive to town, 15 to the mountain so great location! A minor thing was that we were unable to check in until 5pm but she let us know about that well in advance so we were able to plan around it. She was also very kind and let us stay until the afternoon on our check out day so we didn't have to rush. My friends and I were all very happy with the space and we hope to be able to go back again soon!

The accommodation is as seen in the pictures, clean, quiet place. Erin is attentive to our needs. The apartment is well located, we visited the falls of Walter's Falls and Inglis Falls. Very close to the Scenic Caves. There are many cycle paths around. We vials done a great 5-day stay, we recommend this apartment.

We have stayed a number of times and it is a fantastic base for skiing and discovering the surrounding area. Charlene is a superb host. If you want to visit Collingwood or blue mountain, stay here!

Chalene was an amazing host. Her apartment was great, a bit of humidity when we arrived (but I changed the settings on the AC and it did the trick!) The big bedroom has a really soft mattress so if you prefer something ferm the bed in the small room is for you. We were on a beer tour. When we arrived there was local beer waiting for us in the fridge. Charlene and Luke knows how to charm their visitors ;) I would definitely recommend their place. Close to the Collingwood's To Go places. Easy to find, easy to park.

Our stay with Charlene was awesome! The apartment was bigger than I had expected and had all sorts of eclectic touches that gave it an artsy vibe. It was clean and Charlene was easy to communicate with. Also it was super bright for a basement apartment! Highly recommend :)

My stay was amazing. When I first walked in a was in awe of how cute this place was set up! The notes that were left explained everything. The place was bigger then I was expecting, the two bed were very comfertable. The kitchen had great breakfast and snack items, and a great dining room table. Thanks for the great stay! Ps. Every little item in this place was so thought out, made me feel very welcome.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very clean and organized and has in addition to the wifi, Netflix and video game. Charlene was great in answering our questions and also provided us with a playpen for our son and gave us a welcoming gift with wine, bread and baby food. Our stay was great! It was an amazing week! Great place - exactly as advertised and more. When we arrived we were greeted with chocolates and then discovered that Charlene also prepared many other things for us (eggs, fruit, croissants, and more) that made our stay even better. Charlene was also very flexible with both check in and check out times. Highly recommended.

If it was possible to give Charlene more stars on this review I would. I was extremely stressed out and a stay at Charlene's was the perfect stay away to relax and rejuvinate. You couldn't ask for a better host or place to stay in Collingwood. The location is fantastic! So private and so close to everything you need. 10 mins from spa scandinave, which she even gave me advice on when was the right times to go. She was so helpful and attentive for everything. Seriously, she is so kind and considerate my boyfriend and I said it felt like you are staying at a friend's lovely guest apartment. She even got me some wonderful gluten free bread!! in advance when I mentioned my dietary issues. And my boyfriend Loved the Croissants!! Everything is warm, inviting and tastefully done. From the stocked kitchen, to the flowers and finely scented soaps, to the warm fire place and uber comfortable couches, to the amazing record collection and record player! Ultimately, truth be known, I picked Charlene's apartment over someone else's because of the linen's I saw in the pictures on-line. They are even better in person! The linen's are of superior quality. They feel divine and luxurious! And the mattresses are s(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) comfortable I had to inquire what brand they were. It truly was the best sleep I've had in a long time. I have worked On design shows and I have stayed in places all over the world and I have no hesitation in saying Charlene's place is perfect. She truly cares and makes you feel taken care of. I would not be surprised to see her apartment under a hidden gems article among the pages of Conde Nast one day. I can't wait to go back. Thanks again for everything.

Rahul place is really a neat place with a keen eye for simple clean design. The location is great also especially if you are going to Scandinav spa or wanting to do some hikes. A couple things though: we had a difficult time finding the place( couldn't find it on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps). Rahul was helpful and available by text to guide us to the location. The apartment although swell in design was unnecessarily hot and stuffy.

Rahul was very friendly and replied to questions promptly and courteously. The apartment is a very new building and comes with all the washroom basics. Sofa beds were moderately firm and exceeded comfort expectations of being a sofa bed. Didn't make use of it, but there's a gas BBQ on the porch and access to a heated pool coming up in the summer.

Rahul was a great host. Replies to any questions we had were answered quickly. He thought of everything to make your stay comfortable including for those times you might have forgotten a simple item. Plus this location is great, so close to all the main attractions of Collingwood.

Great little Condo on the west side of Collingwood, right off of Hwy. 26 The complex is still under construction so other amennities are not yet available. The Condo is on the ground floor with easy access and handicap accessibility.

Exactly as advertised. Clean and had all the comforts of home. We were able to make breakfast using the kitchen, and pack a lunch for the next day. Fold out couches were surprisingly comfortable. Rahul was very good with communicating with us and access to keys and information was very easy. We would stay here again.

Sweet little place! This cottage is on a quiet private lot. We didn't get to meet the hosts but everything was well prepared and we get to comfortably relax after skiing. Will definitely come back in summer for the lake view.

Dora-Lynn was very welcoming and her place was very nice, clean, spacious and well equipped. She even made sure we were safe in case the power went out due to freezing rain - which did not happen luckily. We had a nice time there, drove to Blue Mountain which is only 30 min away and also had a nice walk on the Bruce trail.

We had a very good experience at Dora-Lynn and Paul's place. It was everything we needed, very clean, comfortable, lots of space. Not very far from the Mountain, about 30 min drive. The hosts are very nice people as well! I highly recommend.

Dora-Lynn was very kind and responsive to us. The place was very clean and nice. It was a 2-bedroom apartment in its own building. The location is perfect if you will be skiing at beaver valley. There is a grocery store and liquor store very close by. Perfect for a family of four. Kitchen is great and has everything we needed to prepare food for the family. The bedding was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

This was a fabulous place to stay at for our girls weekend ski trip. Accurately described and perfectly accommodating, they're property is beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend this place. I had a chance to meet with David and Dora-Lynn, they are very kind and hospitable people. Great experience overall!

This is a fantastic little "apartment" with everything you need. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed for putting together our Christmas dinner. Very comfortable place to spend a few days. Highly recommended. Although we did not get to meet Dora-Lynn, she was very communicative and available for anything that we needed. Pleasant and helpful all around.

Great place to stay. about 25-30 minutes away from blue mountain.. if you aren't in a snow storm the place is great.. the roads got a little bad during our stay so the travel back and forth was a bit long bc of the snow and roads weren't that clean..but needless to say that was in no way the home owners fault. Their place was great so cozy and well equipped.

Everything from the directions to the check in was so smooth. Erik was there to greet us and to explain what's what. There was also a puppy named Kunik, which belonged to Jeremy the owner, who played so wonderfully with our pup. We were able to take her off leash in the unfenced area, something we've never done before. Kunik did a great job keeping her safe and in close proximity to us. The view...GORGEOUS. I can't imagine how amazing the view must be with all the changing colours. Looking forward to our next visit!

We had an amazing experience at Kimbercote. The apartment itself was peaceful and overall a really comforting experience. The host was very welcoming and informative. He recommended multiple places he very accurately described as "good people doing what they love solely for the love of it." There were a surprising amount of great restaurants (and a cider brewery that will change your opinion on cider thereon), a multitude of antique shops, and excellent hiking trails. We can't wait to go back.

Overall the place itself was really nice and host was responsive and friendly. However a few minor issues were an inconvinience. For example, a leaking sink was dripping onto the floor even though we haven't used the sink yet. Less than one role of toilet paper was provided for the weekend. There were hair strands all over the floor and the shower itself. Finally for a place that is so strict on garbage and recycling, there was leftover garbage from a previous tenant that was not sorted. It's a decent place that's a little out there and hard to find. It's a good location if you're looking to spend some time at Blue Mountain, surrounding area or just a peaceful quite place to stay. All that being said I would recommend staying here just for the delicious butter tarts provided when we arrived :).

We absolutely loved staying at Kimbercote Farms! The neighbouring Bruce Trail was a fantastic place for a walk with our border collie/husky mix dog Reggie. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean and everything inside was exactly as described. We would definitely recommend this airbnb to friends, it completely exceeded our expectations!

Great experience at the Kimbercote. The location is kind of tricky, but very cozy and quiet. Jeremy has been a wonderful host. Very welcoming and helpful. The place has everything that you need for daily use. You can easily make a quick and comfort stay. Top of every positive, it's a dog friendly house. Our little ones had great time staying with us!

This truly was an outdoor getaway from the city. Our experience was exactly what we had hoped it would be. The apartment was comfortable and clean with a beautiful sunrise view during breakfast. Heather and Erik made planning my first airbnb experience a breeze and even left us delicious locally made butter tarts! Jeremy (and his puppy Kunik) were very friendly and at a property near by. He provided us with local knowledge and made our stay that much more memorable. We're so happy to have stayed at Kimbercote and to have met our hosts. We are already planning our next visit back. On top of that, it's helping a charity with a great cause!

We were made very welcome and Jeremy, living nearby, who was most obliging. This is a cabin/extension to a larger accommodation building ideal for family get togethers and groups. It suited us as a base. It is basic and comfortable (not for you if you want 4/5 star). It is ideal for "outdoor getaway" . Large grounds, remote from neighbours, with fire pits and BBQ's etc. Dont be surprised by the reasonable gravel road access, typical of many grid roads in this area. Its of a good standard. Great location for sight seeing trails, lakes and blue mountains. Taken over in 2015 by a charity organisation, they are actively putting an ecology friendly stamp on the place.
