Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

The house's 40 well utilized sqm offers a new kitchen and living room in open connection, as well as two rooms and a new nice bathroom. There is a secluded front and back yard, which invites you to play and relax.

Relax with family or friends in this gem of a summer house. It is owned and renovated by a family with attention to detail. There is ample opportunity to have a lot of cozy moments on the couch in front of the fireplace, or in the large garden. The house consists of two rooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom. Lovely vacation home in the heart of Marielyst.

Lovely holiday home close to the square in Marielyst, with a short walk to lovely sandy beach. If you want to stay secluded yet in the middle of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops and holiday atmosphere, plenty of opportunity for activities, walks and pure coziness, this home is a great option. Book it as a holiday home during the high season or maybe an extended weekend for coziness and relaxation. Please note late check out at 11am and early check in at 2pm. Not rented to youth groups and artisan groups.

You're close to everything when you stay at this centrally located cottage in Marielyst. It is 350 meters to the city/shopping and 900 meters to Denmark's best beach. The 68 m2 - with ceiling for kip throughout the house - is distributed in a nice bright kitchen and living room in one, a hallway, bathroom with shower and 3 rooms (a double bed, 2 single beds and a 1 1/2 man bed). The garden is enclosed with fencing. The cottage is cozy and spacious with a covered terrace as well as an outdoor fireplace.

Flot anneks i romantisk stil. Huset er på 36 kvm. Køkken, stue, spiseplads og soveværelse i én, derudover er der badeværelse med brus. Terrasse med havemøbler. Huset ligger i naturskønt område i den del, som kaldes "det gamle Marielyst" En af Danmarks bedste badestrande ligger kun 300 meter væk. Det tager 5 minutter at gå til Marielyst torv, hvor der er skønne butikker og gode spisesteder. El afregnes på stedet. I 2023 nye vinduer og døre samt varmepumpe.
