Set on a 2000sqm section with lovely established trees & pretty flowers, the property has a country feel whilst being conveniently close to shops, restaurants, transport, SH2 to Wellington, and a short walk to the train. There is abundant bird life, and occasionally chickens stroll through the property. With sun galore, you'll enjoy the warm second living room (or 4th bedroom) at the rear which opens up to the sunny deck.

Light and breezy farm retreat. vintage building (circa 1950) has been updated and rebuilt to modern standard while retaining its unique charm. Situated only 5 minutes drive to Martinborough village or 9 minute drive to Greytown, this cottage is ideal spot to base yourself for a weekend and explore the many wineries and activities in the Wairarapa. ** No cooking facilities. On the edge of beautiful Greytown but within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and shops, we have created the perfect retreat. Our beautiful purpose built B&Bs are set in their own courtyard gardens within our potager garden. We supply breakfast museli, fruit, orange juice, milk, a loaf of local Ciabatta bread, butter, marmalade, jam, tea & coffee for you to enjoy at your leisure. There are views across the farmland to the Taurua Ranges and amazing night skies.

Very private and petit but centrally located with a 2 minute walk to the Greytown shops. Ideal for dining out or that morning brunch, with all restaurants and cafes within strolling distance. Perfect location for wedding 'bus pick ups' Although attached to the main house, you have your own separate entry to the apartment which is situated in lovely garden surrounds. There is plenty of off street parking and if you’re feeling energetic there are 2 bikes available.

Cosy Cabin ~outdoor bath~stars~donkeys

Our self-contained, double-glazed, fully insulated compact cabin is well appointed. It stands alone on our lifestyle property, private from our house with fabulous views to the Remutakas. There is an outdoor covered BBQ area. Relax in the ~bath~ under the stars. We have a small dog (Lucy), sweet barky Huntaway (Ruby), donkeys (Phoebe, Anna & Lily) & August (cat). All very friendly. One small fur baby allowed. Please advise when booking.
