Welcome to our newly renovated one-bedroom apartment! You may be able to rent Germany's easternmost apartment here. It is centrally located in Frankfurt (Oder), but nevertheless in the countryside and directly on an old arm of the Oder. In 5 minutes you can easily walk to both the city center, the university, the train station or an island on the Oder. In 10 minutes you are in Poland. The location is ideal for water walkers due to the proximity of the river. Guests can land in the neighbouring rowing club with their own boat, but guests can also go on tours with their own canoe without their own boat. But also for cyclists the location is unique, because the house is located directly on the Oder-Neisse-Radweg, so you can bed your tired most valuable without detour in a comfortable bed. The apartment is equipped with 2 single standing beds, dining table, SATELLITE TV, radio, CD player, a single kitchen with 2 new ceramic fields, sink, fridge with freezer, microwave with barbecue function, toaster, coffee maker and dishes as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The apartment is heated by modern underfloor heating. It is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance and access to the garden, where you can relax on your own bench or lounge chair and enjoy the sunset. Or you can look into the fire of the in-house fireplace for hours. In good weather there is the possibility to sunbathe in the deck chair. If that gets too warm, stretch the umbrella or stretch under the cherry tree. The apartment has its own barbecue, so nothing stands in the way of outdoor fun. So that it is also possible to leave windows and patio doors open in summer, we have installed extra mosquito protection doors. Due to its proximity to Berlin and Poland, the city of Frankfurt (Oder) is an ideal starting point for exploring. If you want to travel by car, there is parking available.

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!
