Laurence is very friendly, cordial and available. His house is comfortable and willing / optimized, but it deserves to improve on some important points, such as the TV is not working, or heating which stops at 22:00. Too bad.

Housing responded well to the description and our expectations. A lounge room making office and kitchen properly equipped. Bedroom very spacious with large screen TV. The accommodation overlooks a quiet road and is located in quiet area. Good welcome. I am quite satisfied with my stay, good price / quality ratio.

The apartment is very poorly heated and you have no control over the temperature. Do not stay if you are the least bit chilly. Very cold flat.

3 or 4 people is too crowded The bed in Kitchen seems not as clean as we expected For other aspects, it is ok

Laurence is a really nice host; she is flexible: altough we arrived late in the evening she welcomed us and organized a table for us in a cozy restaurant where we could eat out in this small town. The apartment is modern, clean and quiet. I can recommend this place to stay at.

A very good experience is for a sports competition. Laurence is a very nice host and very caring. Housing is part of the bottom of the house. It is well equipped, practical and perfect for a couple or 2 people (one bed in the main room + bedroom). A good memory.

Le logement est très bien, encore mieux que sur la photo. Au calme en campagne et à côté de l'église. Folkling est situé à quelques km de Forbach et Saarbrucken (DE) qui vaut le coup d'être visité. Comme j'ai pris un logement entier, je n'ai pas trop eu la possibilité de faire sa connaissance, mais au premier abord il a l'air d'être une personne sympathique. Donc conclusion, je ne peux que recommander ce logement

Lovely apartment in a private house next to the forest. Host was extremely helpful, everything was ready at arrival, I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. Apartment is equipped with all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Location is very convenient, close to main roads, but in a very quiet neighborhood.

J'ai réservé 3 jours pour mes parents, je n'ai eu que des contacts par mail avec Orane mais il est très réactif et arrangeant, j'ai faillit annuler la réservation et il a été vraiment sympathique. C'est un collègue à lui qui nous a accueilli, mes parents ont pu choisir entre deux studios. Ils nous a conseillé un autre studio que celui des photos, au rez-de-chaussée qui était plus au calme. Le studio est propre et récent et est assez grand pour deux. Il est situé en centre ville proche d'une boulangerie avec un parking privé. Seul bémol, je n'ai pas retrouvé l'esprit d'air bnb mais plus celui d'un hôtel. Ce sont des dizaines de studios meublés enchaînés dans de longs couloirs, le studio est sans vie (il n'y a aucun condiments, liquide vaisselle ou ce genre de petites choses que je retrouve d'habitude) et ça manque de charme. Mes parents préféreront l'hôtel qui est au final moins cher à cause des frais de ménage de 40€. Ce n'était pas une expérience négative mais vu les éloges que je faisait de mes précédentes expérience air bnb, ils étaient un peu déçu.

Superbe accueil de Orane dans ce charmant studio. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable comme nous le voulions ! Le studio était tout à fait conforme aux photos, très propre et très charmant. En plus d'être très bien placé, la gare à 2 mn nous à permis de visiter et de faire du shopping à Saarbrücken (en Allemagne).  L’appartement de Orane est idéal pour une visite de Forbach et du bassin minier. Merci encore pour tous ces conseils ! Nous reviendrons !

Le studio est tres sympa, en plein centre ville et Orane est arrangeant. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement et on s'y sent chez soi.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans l'appartement de Orane. L'appartement est rénové et très propre. Il est situé en plein centre ville, 3 minutes de la gare. L'ameublement le rend très confortable. Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut. Orane avait fait des courses: il y avait du pain, du thé, du café, du sucre, de la confiture, du savon, des chaussons et encore d'autres choses. Pour le soir Orane nous avait laissé des DVD. Pour les filles: il y avait un bon sèche-cheveux. Orane nous a accueilli très gentiment et il était joignable pendant toute la semaine. En tout, je ne peux que recommander cet appart.

Orane est d'une gentillesse remarquable et reste joignable à chaque instant de votre voyage. L'appartement est très bien placé, propre et fonctionnel. Je recommande vivement !!

Very nice and gracious hosts, lots of space, large terrace - what more could you want? I felt very comfortable with Alina and Volker! You have absolutely his rest, though Stiring-Wendel is not pretty - but the accommodation is it! And it is only a stone's throw from Saarbrücken. Everything was very clean, Alina explained everything top, there is a large kitchen with everything you need, a large bathroom with a nice big shower, living room and I slept fantastically an absolutely charming stone bedroom. From the terrace you can look far and has a lot of green around - and the hosts have invited me to wine and cheese on the first night (and on the second well ;-)) - I'm very happy to be back! Very good 4 night stay as part of a pro move. Apartment large, well equipped, well located and a very good price / quality ratio. Only small problem Alina and Volker do as German and hardly speak English but we always ended up understand. I will return without hesitation.

We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation, the environment and we were well received. Alina had sent as photos via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) directions which was helpful. The HOLIDAY is large, spacious and has everything you need. Located off the road it is very quiet. Alina and Volker are very helpful hosts. Conclusion: It was very good and we will be back

Very welcoming our lovely hostess, an adorable accent .... very quiet and green setting, quiet neighborhood as our hostess. spacious interior. Large bathroom with superb shower (ie maneuver !!!)

Alina has received us warmly and put some munchies and drinks ready which could be consumed at cost. (Suitable unfortunately not for vegans) The apartment has everything you need. In particular, the experience shower was fun. For quick Dog Ever cleaning a pretty, enclosed cats / dogs garden is right on the house. Unfortunately dismissed the apartment during our stay, the following 2 defects, which however no ifs and buts were adequately compensated us. The deficiencies were: 1. Heating heated despite fully opened radiators to only 18-19 ° C 2. TV was due to faults not install and electricians not worked on Easter unfortunately. Despite the above two deficiencies which are safely fixed to the nearest rental, I can highly recommend this rental property. Many thanks to Alina and husband

We booked this place as a stopover on our way south but wouldn't mind staying here for a longer time. You have your own floor of the house with a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, a nice bedroom and a clean bathroom.

The house offers a lot of space. The facilities as bathroom, kitchen, living room are clean and there are several things you might need at your stay. The communication with Nicole was pleasant and accurate. Very nice B and B!

Sylvestre and Fabienne welcomed us warmly despite the late hour of our arrival. They were very understanding and we felt immediately integrated into this spacious and comfortable accommodation, where one feels good and where everything has been designed for the comfort of travelers in every detail, such as creating the coffee maker with reserve pod! The equipment is really complete to facilitate the stay, very comfortable beds, and everything was spotless. The car station is not close to the problem. The value for money is more than excellent and highly recommend these hosts to all travelers who visit the St Avold

Fabienne and Sylvestre are very friendly and helpful Host. They speak german too. The flat was clean and Internet by Cable was very good. No TV , but no problem, because i had a Laptop with me, where i can look TV. Thank you very much and i hope we will see us again soon

Conveniently located in the center of Forbach, the apartment is just perfect. comfortable bedding, everything needed for cooking, a large bathroom and amenities at the tip (Bbox, Wifi etc.). I hesitate to recommend because I want it to be available when I go back !!

I had the apartment for 2 couples and a child let out, since my own apartment in SB is too small to accommodate so many people. The apartment is beautifully furnished, has a balcony, a nice bathroom and the kitchen has everything you can use for cooking. Wi-Fi is also there. Gudrun is a friendly person, with her everything went smoothly! I recommend! Agnès

We were warmly welcomed and given a clean flat with every feature as described in the Information section. It is a well furnited flat and was quite spacious. The kitchen is well equipped too. Aside from the flat being wonderful for a trip to Saarbrücken, Gudrun was very welcoming and provided us with a suprisingly large amount of information for the area, which was a great help. We felt well taken care of and would recommend Gudrun as a host without hesitation.

Gudrun was there at the hour settled. The neighborhood and the house were very clean and tidy. The only thing was that we were three people and the appartment said 3 beds but only 2 were setteld. No big worries as we could solve it by taking a pillow from the sofa and put a blanket in it. The rest was perfect.

We stayed for three nights in St.Ingbert. We received a very nice and moved into a really great designed apartment in which we felt with our two (almost) adult guys very well. We are happy to come back and discover plenty of other corners in Saarland ;-)
