Cosy ground floor apartment with free parking on the driveway. The apartment is on the grounds of our main family residence but is completely separate with it’s own private entrance, accessed through the garden gate. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac just over 5 minutes drive from York city centre and York Racecourse and we are also situated on a direct bus route to both city centre and racecourse. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 15 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut.
