We spent a wonderful week in an idyllic apartment in Maremma. The accommodation was excellent, our host was extremely nice. It was all there, what you want in a vacation home. We were completely satisfied and would return any time. Highly Recommended!

We had a great time in Bruno's apartment. Great location with wonderful views, sea is easily accessible by car. The apartment is large and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and it has and nothing missing. Contact Bruno and his wife Angelika was always nice and uncomplicated. Very nice hosts! We will come back!

Very nice days in Bruno's place in Gavorrano, beautiful and well-situated village to appreciate the region.

Could not be better. We arrived at night at the apartment and Bruno was still immediately with the keys on the spot. We were greeted very fond of fresh fruit, biscuits and wine in the dining room. Even coffee was available for the next morning. Although there is no private parking at the hotel, but lots of free parking nearby for the rental car. Gavorrano is a very pretty town. In a medieval festival we were together with the owner. We have felt ourselves very well.

All right in the house of Simon! The photos reflect, in fact the house is even better than the pictures posted. Beautiful terrace with BBQ. Simonetta was very kind in telling us the best of the area and also letting us find cool drinks on our arrival. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

The house is perfect for a large, very comfortable and family center. Ideal for vacation, a wonderful terrace. It cools at night so it is not necessary air conditioning. Would anyway.

The announcement and photos of the house correspond faithfully to the description, the outside terrace is much larger and more comfortable than it looks in pictures, in fact, the 'we used to dine and spend their evenings. We can not write well Simonetta and Piero really very kind and helpful. Their house in the Gavorrano is in a great location for those of us who want to visit more places of the Tuscan coast; the nearest sea is only 15 min; It is spacious and perfect for two couples with children. Highly appreciated also some 'attentions' in the kitchen .. type: refrigerated containers, film, plates and paper cups, ice in the freezer, water in the fridge and many other utensils for all obvious in the other houses rented in the past. The house is airy, very clean and the setting is very peaceful. The town is pretty and served around .. but if we find a defect better not spending .. supermarket is a bit 'expensive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fabios house. When we first arrived, we thought we are in a dream. The driveway to the house is just amazing and also the swimming pool, the house itself and the view is just great. The house is 10 minutes waking distance away from the village Gavorrano, which is optimal. It is very quiet at the house and the stars at night go crazy!;-) Gavorano has just a little supermarket called Coop and if you need more than just milk and bread then we recommend the bigger Coop in Bagno di Gavorano. The house has everything you need, there is a backing ofen, a gas stove and even a washing machine. All windows are equiped with mosquito nets which allows you to air the rooms at night. The value for money for this house is very worth it. All in all, we really recommend Fabio's place

I can only say good words about our experience in Gavorrano. The host gave us a brief tour around the apartment and introduced us to local places&places to eat around Gavorrano. The apartment and the pool was clean, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Location is great with easy access to a supermarket, and even for walking around the city. I recommend Fabio as a great host, it couldn't be better! Thank you, wish you the best.

Lovely, quiet & peaceful location, amazing panoramic & sunset views. Great company from hosts sharing local wine and dining experiences. Humorously overcame language barriers. Very difficult to arrange taxis. Private transport essential. Local amenities sufficient for self catering, within walking distance optional.

Andrea's house was a magic place and words cannot describe. The view, the facilities, the people and Andrea is super organised and incredibly helpful. Like all the other reviews we didn't want to leave and left with a heavy heart. We will definitely come back!

The house of Andrea is very nice and friendly, it is clean and tastefully furnished and (URL HIDDEN) located in the village of Gavorrano, excellent starting point for visits to the beautiful beaches of the Maremma. From the terrace in front of the house you can admire beautiful sunsets on the Gulf of Follonica. Andrea is a very kind and helpful, you can give great advice on where to go, how to get there and where to eat. You can not ask for more!

What a wonderful vacation we had! The house looks just like in the pictures and Andrea was very helpfull and kind. He gave us some splendid tips which we used to fill our days. We did a 3-part trip in middle Italy and this was by far the most beautifull and relaxing part of our trip. Must see the beach behind Maremma Natural Park! Enjoy the BBQ on a windstill afternoon... I stayed at the house of Andrea with my girlfriend during 5 days. It was really as great as we expected it to be. The pictures of the house are exactly like the house we found when we arrived, it was very clean and Andrea welcomed us warmly with a great bottle of wine from the area :) We couldn't have expected better! The view from the house is incredible and the surrounding cities are fantastic. Andrea suggested us to go to Cala Violina and Torre Mozza, which are two beautiful beaches, we definitely recommend them. Overall, Andrea was a great host and we recommend strongly his house!!!

A wonderful vacation!! My girlfriend and I spent three days in Andrea's beautiful apartment, and we really don't have a single thing to complain about! Everything was just like in the pictures, the apartment was absolutely spotless, very well furnished and equipped, and Andrea catered to our every wish. The terrace offers an amazing view! Andrea was very helpful and he succeeded in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The location itself is very picturesque, the very essence of what you imagine Tuscany to be like. Upon arrival, Andrea took his time to explain to us in detail how everything works in the apartment, he gave us great tips on where the best beaches are and what we absolutely shouldn't miss during our short stay. We just returned from our lovely trip to Gavorrano! Andrea's lovely place is beautifully tucked away in the hills above the old miner's village of Gavorrano - overlooking the entire coastal line from Piombino to Scarlino and gives you a spectecular view of Elba and even Corsica!!! We enjoyed a perfect week in Andrea's home, which really has a homelike feel. You will find a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare delicious meals with all the fresh ingredients you can find along the Tuscan roads and a perfect BBQ in the garden, where you can enjoy a beautiful grilling session on a !windstill! day. Also for days with bad weather this place is beautiful - with Andrea's remarkable collection of illustrated art books entire days fly by. Andrea is the perfect host. He provided us with so much information and insider tips that you we could have stayed for at least 6 weeks without getting bored. When you stick to his recommendations, you are in for a perfect Tuscany experience! Thanks much, Andrea - we will be back!!!

Home is located in the strategically important region -Available sea and lots of small tourist towns with interesting castles and palaces. It seems that each of the towns in the region - and they are many -dostoin visit and interesting. In addition, to Pisa and a half hours by car, and doFlorentsii little more than 2 hours. Accommodations are located behind the pizzeria, but it's not a minus, plus more. The pizzeria is not noisy, quiet evening melodic Italian music, we were pleased to hear it from the yard. I can not be heard from the room. Judging by the fact that the pizza is popular among residents, the food there is good. We took a home-made wine, good quality. Hosts-just lovely people. La casa corrisponde precisamente alle foto pubblicate, è molto spaziosa, fresca e accessoriata. I nostri ospiti sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili e accoglienti La casa è situata in collina, il panorama è stupendo, si vede il tramonto sul mare. Il posto è molto tranquillo è perfetto per chi vuole scappare dalla caos cittadino. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene.

Il nostro soggiorno a Gavorrano è stato piacevolissimo, il paese è in un punto strategico per tantissime località d'interesse (spiagge fantastiche, siti archeologici, borghi meravigliosi....). La casa è comoda, ampia e dotata di ogni comodità. Non abbiamo conosciuto Alessandro, ma di noi si sono presi cura Pieranna e Steno, che sono stati a dir poco squisiti! Hanno risposto alle nostre mille richieste di informazioni e sono stati davvero accoglienti senza mai essere invadenti! Grazie davvero di tutto!!!!

This apartment is really ideal for anyone who owns a dog (or more than one). I stayed in Gavorrano with a friend and our two dogs, one medium size and one large size. Given the difficulties encountered by traveling with animals I hold now to point out that the apartment is very suitable, as it comes with a rather large garden, autonomous and fully fenced (with dual internal and external fence), then, when you return home at home, you can free the dogs without fear that they have a way out. The country is definitely "poor", but it is convenient for those who want to get around and visit the neighboring countries is ten minutes, fifteen minutes at most, from Follonica, Massa Marittima, Scarlino, Castiglione della Pescaia, Tirli, Punta Ala and so on. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de massimilano que nous avions rien que pour nous. L'endroit est idéal avec un enfant. L'espace extérieur est agreable et ombragé. C'est un bon point de départ pour découvrir la côte et les villages alentours. Massimilano n'a pu nous rencontrer mais son frère nous a accueilli gentiment et masssimiliano s'est montré tres disponible par message et à veillé à ce qu'on ait tout ce dont nous avions besoin lors de notre séjour.

Trotz einiger "Schluckauf" in von den Besitzern gelöst Teil war der Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend. Die Beratung ist eine bessere Versorgung des Gartens zu seinem vollen Potential, vor allem bei längeren Aufenthalten wie der unsrigen zu nehmen. Für diejenigen, die mit Hunden zu bleiben waren, die mit Katzen keine besondere Beziehung haben, stelle ich fest, dass es mehrere Katzen (streunen auch), die im Garten passieren und zu bleiben. Für uns ist es kein Problem, weil unser Hund sie duldet.

Located in the heart of nature <3 Here awaits the traveler a fully equipped apartment. From umbrella to conventional household items, everything was available. The apartment is well maintained and perfect for people who want to be away from the crowds to times away from the bustling city life. It has not necessarily but to see within easy walking restaurants or shops nearby for wonderful sunrises and sunsets in the mountains of Tuscany. With a car you can reach beach & co. within 20 minutes and is flexible. Love Eveline, you are a very great hostess, everything went smoothly and you always stood for questions. Thanks for the Beautiful stay Eveline! Short: Very nice clean fully equipped apartment in a great location in easy access. A balcony overlooking the mountains, plains and the sea, behind a shaded seating area in the garden. - Quiet, neat, well-Connected, good communication with the owner - we would come back here;) We enjoyed the stay in the apartment very much. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a TV and beautiful illustrated books about Tuscany. In the hallway a shelf of thrillers, books, travel guides, and there are also various games. Access to a terrace overlooking the garden over which one (lit) The one bedroom has arrived at a large seating area in the garden that is shaded and determines grade in high summer very pleasant. The bathroom is large, with a shower and very clean. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated, the bed is comfortable and have selected the furniture. In all rooms are wooden shutters and curtains, and there is a mosquito net that you (as a blind) can let down - we had no problem even without, but I do not know so how it is in other seasons. Da Simonetta si sta in famiglia. Si viene coccolati come da una zia che non vedi da tempo. Non abbiamo soggiornato in un B&B, ma da amici premurosi che hanno cercato in ogni modo di rendere migliore il nostro soggiorno, dai manicaretti che ci sono stati preparati ad ogni colazione (rientrare a casa da una giornata al mare col profumo delle torte in forno è un'esperienza mistica), ai consigli sui posti da visitare, alla cura dei particolari con cui sono allestite le camere. Il B&B ha tutte stanze a tema, Viola, Rosa, Peonia, Regina di Cuori, etc una più graziosa dell'altra ed ognuna col proprio stile, difficile dire qual è la più bella. Il giardino comune, dove vengono consumati i pasti, è un pergolato d'edera fresco e ventilato. Le colazioni sono il fiore all'occhiello del Giardino: ogni mattina la tavola è imbandita con 3 o 4 tipi differenti di torte, tutte rigorosamente fatte da Simonetta con prodotti a KM 0, come anche le marmellate dai gusti più insoliti, biscotti, yogurt, formaggi di latte vaccino, ovino e caprino, pizza o focaccia. Da bere, oltre al comune succo di frutta, abbiamo scoperto il kefir e il kombucia (sperando di scrivano così) preparati sempre da Simonetta. La location è molto comoda per chi vuole visitare la zona che va da san Vincenzo a Castiglione della Pescaia, perché più o meno nel mezzo, così è facile raggiungere qualsiasi punto della costa (o Piombino per le escursioni sulle isole). Inoltre che tramonti si vedono dal belvedere del paese... Insomma, un grazie di cuore a Simonetta, Pietro e Alice per la settimana di vacanza che abbiamo trascorso insieme! E non dimentichiamo Piuma, il dolcissimo Golden Retriever di casa.

The apartment is located in a beautiful small Tuscan town with a little town square with a few small bars, restaurants as well as a super market. Margret's apartment is directly under the roof of an old Tuscan house with a lovely view over the surrounding area to the sea. As it is a rooftop apartment it can be a little dark. The apartment consists of a bedroom connected to a modern bathroom as well as an open space living room with a well-equipped kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be turned into a second bed for 2. Margret was very easy to access by email and phone and sent us very detailed description and directions, as well as suggestions for the surrounding areas (towns to visit, beaches recommended etc). The beautiful private garden (which is ~10m from the apartment) accessible through a small gate is sunny, peaceful, full of trees and flowers and with a great view. It's also possible to BBQ there. We had a great stay in Gavorrano, definitely recommend Margret as a host and would come again. Thanks Margret for a great time.
