Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with medieval water castle, Romanesque church, Gothic Karner and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.
