ORBI CITY (block A) is located close to beach (first line), fountain, House of Justice, waterpark, Carrefour market, Batumi Mall and restaurants. MY DELUXE APARTMENT have a great seaview, kitchen+ place and equipment (except for cooking soups and fried foods), microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, individual Wi-Fi, safetybox, black-out curtains, folding chairs & table on the balcony, clothes dryer.
