This property has secure off road parking for 2 cars - an advantage as parking in the village is very limited and often a problem. The Countryside is favoured by walkers (like us) and cyclists. We can recommend easy and more difficult walks from the property as well as those further afield.

The cottage is in a superb setting on a south facing hillside with panoramic views across miles of fine Yorkshire countryside. A lovely quiet, self contained, comfortable and very large cottage with superb views across the countryside. A stone cottage dating from 1751 with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, spacious lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen and private driveway. Quiet rural area, literally in the middle of a field, and sometimes surrounded by sheep! Great for walking. Wheelchair/disability friendly, dog friendly. Unfortunately, the property is NOT suitable for infants and children.
